Dr. Frazee is an active member of the International Dental Implant Association. He recently traveled to the Dominican Republic with the Association on a Missionary Trip to provide the Dominicans with dental treatment. He has also provided aid in public health here in the United States as well as providing several hundreds of hours of no fee charged dentistry to the less fortunate.
I have been a dental hygienist in Northwest Indiana for 27 years. I graduated from Indiana university Northwest. I enjoy getting to know our patients and working with them alongside Dr Frazee, to coordinate the best treatment for a healthy smile.

horrible experience yesterday I went here to get a implant removed and they fumbled around looking for things. Then when i told the assistant I couldn't use Epinephrine she acted upset with me because I didn't put in my chart. So she gave me a topical and then the shot ... I told her I was on Blood Pressure MEDS and AFIB she NEVER checked my Blood Pressure!!! Then he tried to force the implant out yikes and it didn't budge ... so now my Jaw is sore and I stopped him because I could feel everything. I will NEVER TO BACK HERE NEVER!!!! When I got home my Blood Pressure was so HIGH and I went into AFIB it was so scary ....

Staff was very rude to me I took off work early to make appointment. I gave them my federal member id I had not received my card so I didn't know it was fep blue dental I thought it was blue cross blue shield. The receptionist new it was me when I walked in, and stated they're saying you don't have coverage, and I'm a whole federal employee. I had just had a long day drove 50 miles from work. Even when I told her it was fep blue she said it was not her job to find out what insurance I had. So I never got to see the dentist but this behavior must be acceptable in this office.

Everyone is super friendly except for the lady that rings you up and schedules your next appointment at the end. She has long blonde wavy hair. Very sarcastic and rude. But the Dr. And dental hygienists are phenomenal!

Dr Frazee is amazing. I needed an extraction on an infected tooth. He was prompt first of all no waiting which eases the anxienty of it all. The numbing shots were not as painful as others Ive had. Hes very gently. Then quick as a flash that tooth and all my weeks of pain were gone. I plan to follow up and get a partial or implants in the very near future. This is the Dentist to see. If you are cash pay like most of us he is very reasonable. His Practice is spotless which is so very important. Im healing up so quickly I love Dr Frazee!

Having just moved to the area, I knew nothing about local dentists so I checked reviews. The reviews of Dr. Frazee were so good that I was suspicious. Having visited now for a tooth extraction and an implant consult, I see why the reviews were so good. Everyone from the doctor to the office staff were friendly, courteous, and professional. They were thorough, even calling on me after I was home for a few hours to just "check in." I highly recommend this practicer for anyone in the North West Indiana area. Many thanks to Dr. Frazee and his staff for their wonderful care.

Dr. Frazee was very attentive and to the point. The dental assistants were very nice as well. I was in a lot of pain due to a cavity below my gum line, Dr. Frazee was unable to do a root canal so I had to have the tooth pulled and I'm completely satisfied. I have found our dentist for the immediate future.

This was the most amazing dental experience I've ever had. I can not say enough good about this man of his wonderful ladies on his team. Every single aspect of my visit was flawless. I was referred by a friend as I had a bit of an emergency on my hands, and I can honestly, confidently say that I will be a patient for life! Dr. Frazee, Is as gentle as he is quick. Truly a blessing to have in our back yards. I could go on and on about how fantastic I think this team is!

I had a wonderful experience here. I'm always nervous about dental appointments but the office staff was very nice and welcoming. Sue was very patient and kind she even call me to give me direction on how to get there. Thank you so much Sue! And also thank you Angie H you walk me through everything and was so supportive and nice, to me we laugh joke, thank you for making me feel so comfortable. Dr Frazee took the time to explain everything to me, very kind great manners. Thank you Dino, You were all every kind to me. I would highly recommend their services to everyone, young and old!

When I went into the office, I felt very welcomed! I was nervous but my experience was phenomenal! The staff was very nice and professional. Sue was extremely kind and helpful. She took her time to walk me through the patient form and explained the entire process of dental work with patience and positivity. The doctor was very attentive and precise. I've never experienced such wonderful assistance at a dentist office. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who not only want to get high quality dental work but added care and concern throughout the process.
