Dr. McNamara earned his dental degree from Loyola University School of Dentistry in 1986. He received his Certificate in Periodontics and Masters Degree in Science from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry in 1988.
On a personal note, Dr. McNamara was born and raised in Chicago's western suburbs and attended Montini High School in Lombard and the University of Illinois Champaign Urbana.Dr. McNamara has three adult children and resides in Plainfield.Dr. McNamara competes in triathlon and enjoys gardening and fishing.

I had surgery and the dentist was great! Very professional and did such a great job with my surgery. The staff is also very nice, especially the front desk receptionist. I would definitely recommend Dr. McNamara if you're looking for a great periodontist!
