My name is Aaron P. Just had my first appointment with the Bonesteel Crew! Omg! With 2 bad dental experiences under my belt giving me a fear of dentists. I have never felt so welcomed, or treated like a person with care, compassion, and an attentiveness by Bonesteel and his staff UNMATCHED by any I have dealt with in the past. I feel like I am home and family. I highly recommend Bonesteel and staff to ANYONE! I HAVE FOUND MY FOREVER DENTAL FAMILY!

My husband and I have been looking for a good dentist for a long time but have only dental nightmares for our troubles. We had not found anyone that was worthy of a second visit until we went to Dr Bonesteel. Not only is he pleasant, down to earth, very personable but most importantly he's not judge mental. He doesn't lecture you on what you should have been doing but picks up the ball and moves forward to help you get back on track with your dental care and he is so kind and funny but also makes you feel so comfortable like he has known you for years. Finally a reputable and respectable dentist that is not only professional in his approach but the kind of person you would be honored to have as a friend. We are truly grateful we found him.

Awesome dentist! And I've worked for a few. I just moved here and couldn't find dentist for emergency. They got me right in and fixed my tooth. Very caring staff.

I went in a little over a week ago because I had a cavity, I've been going here for 10 years and have had other issues like this before. Dr. Bonesteel asked what tooth hurt I showed him, he numbed my mouth and then FILLED THE WRONG tooth. I didn't realize until I was eating dinner and I still felt the same pain. Yes I should have called but giving I had MULTIPLE bad experiences here I will never go back.

WOW! Dr.bonesteel is the man Went in 1st time for an emergency extraction.Quick easy painless Woke up this morning feeling great The staff was exceptional & fun Felt like I was at home in WV. cant wait to get some more work done thank ya'll so much

I'm extremely upset I absolutely love Dr. Bonesteel and I arrived today because I needed something serious taken care of and the lady at the front Desk was extremely disrespectful towards me. I understood that there busy and booked and don't really have time for Tedious time consuming issues but she proceeded to close the window and talk about me as if I was a burden. She also did this to my brother and he was extremely embarrassed how she talked to him in front of everyone. I still continued to go there because he is awesome and always takes care of me. I'm very disappointed. I work in customer service as well I completely understand but I would never be disrespectful nor make anyone feel like they were a problem. I would help the best way I could.

My family and I have been clients of Dr. Bonesteel for several years. Dr. Bonesteel is great, he's personable and has always been kind, however I do not feel his front office staff, (specifically the one always at the front when you walk in) properly represent him or his practice. You walk through the door and are rarely acknowledged or offered a smile they generally just make you feel unwelcome. I understand the pressures of working in a high demand environment but feel if you serve as a representative for a practice you shouldn't pass those pressures onto your clients. We've continued seeing Dr. Bonesteel in spite of this. However, I called to make an appt for my daughters first check up, received the all too familiar voicemail - left a message, received a call back to be informed very distastefully that they are not accepting new patients. Regardless of the fact that my current family of 5 are existing patients, no alternatives offered, no apology, no "try back in a few months, things are just crazy". I mentioned we may need to find an alternative dentist so we could all remain at one practice and her response was "ok". Guess we'll take our family somewhere where our business is appreciated whether its needed or not.

I am one of the Biggest dentist chickens I know.Dr.Bonesteel is The most wonderful dentist I've had the joy to have work on my most damaged teeth.His nurse is sweet as well.The ladies up front?Eh...

I absolutely love doctor bonesteel but I will not be going back to the office due to the rude woman up front. A month back I had a few questions about whitening and doing it in the office. I felt like she was extremely short with her answers and misleading about the procedure. When I voice my concerns today about how I felt I was basically called a liar and told that she can't remember everything she says to everyone. It's really sad because I do think dr. Bonesteel is a wonderful dentist but the lady that takes the payments is extremely rude. Up until today when I had a concern about her behavior and voice that concern, she had never even looked in my direction or even said hello. She mostly looks down tells you the cost, takes the money and just keeps it moving. Makes you feel like you're not welcome in the office. I've had this experience every time I've been the last four times and I'm just not willing to be treated this way. Especially when the procedure that I got was elective and paid out of pocket it. Out front staff needs more training on customer services and needs more knowledge on how to explain the services offered. Without trying to make people feel stupid or an inconvenience. He'll be hard to replace doctor bonesteel but I'm just not going to be treated that way.

Completely immature and the cause for me and my girlfriend to switch dentists. We aren't the first to say something about it but hopefully we will be the last.

I FULLY recomend this dentist he is so understanding of terrified patients and is so calming and caring if it still hurts he will stop and numb u until u feel no pain! His staff is so caring and I would not go anywhere else to have an extraction after today! 6 out of 5 stars!

I had a broken tooth that I neglected because I'm terrified of the dentist, but this office officially got rid of that fear! Dr. Bonesteel and his staff are friendly and efficient!! Thank you for all you guys have done! Will definitely come back and refer everyone I know!
