Always top notch service at this dental practice. Dr. Zazzaro is kind, professional and an excellent doctor. Additionally, he will accommodate any immediate needs on the spot, and does so quickly and with efficiency. I have been going to his practice for about 10 years now. I'd recommend him to anyone. He loves his dogs and they love him! That speaks volumes about his character as well.

updated review from 5 to 1 changed Dentist and as was local office refused to release records/x-rays would avoid at all cost. Originally reviewed as Greatt office. Took care of a filling that another dentist failed with multiple times. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr. Zazzaro's office and staff are the best. I went in today for a routine cleaning, and the precautions and safety measures in place made me feel very comfortable. I've been seeing Dr. Z for quite a few years now. Not only is he a fantastic dentist, but he works with some fantastic people.

Dr Zazzaro completed a root canal on a back tooth with insufficient numbing. I was in agony and he refused to stop or give me another shot of novacaine. There is zero excuse for patients to experience preventable pain during dental care in 2020. No reputable dentist would do that. Note looking for another dentist to finish the procedure and make a crown.

I'm surprised all dentists don't have 0 star reviews. Do people actually like the dentist? If you absolutely hate the dentist like me, then this is the office for you. It is a professional setting, with the 2 dog exception, that makes patients comfortable. They have always given me proper anesthesia before working on me. I've had 5 surgeries, 3 root canals, and 8 caps. I've been seeing them since 2012, as I've had a grinding problem since childhood. They do what they can and are always responsive to my needs. I'm usually in very intense pain when I get there, and they do everything they can to make me relaxed while they take care of the problem. My teeth are a unique case and I'd say i'm one of the worst customers they have, yet I always leave feeling better. Nobody likes the dentist, but that doesn't mean you should believe these crazy negative reviews from other people on here.

I've been visiting Dr. Z for years, and he and his staff are always friendly, professional, and they have always done great work; from cleanings to crowns, and X-rays to full implants... I've had the unfortunate pleasure to experience all of these services and more at the hands of Dr. Z, and I would highly recommend his office to anyone in need of dental work, or just a checkup and cleaning.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. The receptionists double book appointments and then you're made to look like a fool when they pretty much tell you to either wait 2 hours or leave. Bad business at it's best.
