The doctor and the staff are all amazing!! They are super sweet and accommodating. Dr lovoi made me feel at ease and I wasn't nervous! The staff are very patient and listen well. I highly recommend dental work here! I got surgery and dr lovoi called me to check on me and to see if I had any questions!

This surgeon cracked my daughter's jaw bone and left a fragment of bone lodged in her gum. She was in horrible pain for weeks while he put her off as a difficult patient. Finally, he referred us, at my insistence, to another surgeon. The other surgeon in Friendswood found the issues using a CT scan of her jaw, and then removed the bone chip and the cracked jaw bone eventually healed poorly, but my precious daughter has never been the same and her jaw pops all the time. In my opinion, Dr. Lovoi was rushed and impatient with my daughter. Please find another oral surgeon.

I never anticipated giving 5 stars to an oral surgery experience, but here I am. I put off dealing with a problematic tooth for years because my mouth does not go all the way numb and because I had a bad experience with my wisdom tooth removal. Finally, I was in enough pain that I went to a dentist who recommended Dr. Lovoi's office. It was the best recommendation she could have made. From the very first day I called, everyone was super kind. I am skeptical and anxious about any dental work, so for me these were invaluable interactions. When I went in for my consultation everyone was just as wonderful. I was able to stay brave enough to actually go for my extraction, and can't believe how painless it really was. It was quicker and easier than I ever imagined it would have been. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I need to, I will not hesitate to call Dr. Lovoi's office first.

Dr Lavoi is absolutely amazing . The consultation went well , surgery went well , almost no pain afterward. However the staff at the front desk who answer the phones are extremely unprofessional and have no compassion whatsoever. I could not even open my jaw to brush my teeth or eat and called to let the dr know when Diane answers. I told her what was going on with me when she proceeds to laugh at me then says " she will let the dr know." I hung up. The more I thought about it the more upset I was that I was in so much pain could hardly eat yet this woman was unprofessional enough to laugh at . When I called back to ask if I could speak to a office manager Diane answers again sayiing her name and that there is not a office manager can she help me with anything. I said no because she laughed at me when I called before. She then LIED TO ME SAYING SHE HAD NEVER SPOKE WITH ME. This was only 1 of the 2 rude ladies I will mention. Great dr needs new front help. IF she were my employee she would be GONE! Bad for business

I am terrified of dentist. This place was amazing like beyond amazing. The doctor was confident smart and very nice able to calm me down. The nurses were very sweet and after getting my wisdom teeth removed I was a little loopy and they were helping my mom wheel me to the car and I reached out for a flower on a bush and the assisting nurse grabbed it for me. The staff was very nice the procedure was 20 minutes faster than expected and done wonderfully and I had bleeding for less that 14 hours after the procedure. I feel wonderful now and am so thankful for the entire office.
