A quick snap shot of our visit to dr.Beinoras office My son's dentists had suggested that he sees an orthodontist at his last visit. And I would need to look for an orthodontist ourselves. Therefore after our apointment with the dentest office I contacted Dr. Beinoras orthodontics to discuss posible treatment. They stated I could come by as they were close to the my dentists. When I arrived to the ofice I noticed that the office was empty and needed an up lift. A television was on playing the new movie Dr. Strange Multiverse of Magnus (MOM) They did not request any papers to be signed nor did they take a medical history. I noticed a male at the check in Window who seemed to be the couch potato type. And I was told he was Dr. Beinoras son. To my surprise they saw my son with in three minutes of our arrival. (We did not have an apt.) He took photos of my son's teeth with his personal camra. He used tools that were in a pencil box like container that had been lined up on the counter top and defently did not look sanitized. Nor had they been Individually wraped in stural sealed pouches. After questioning this Dr Beinoras stated "I am old school" He took many photos of my son's mouth as well as profile images. He stated he was going to send them to a different doctor for him to make a Decision if my son needs braces. While taking some of the profile photos Dr. Beinoras asked my son if he needs to hold numbers and made a comment " you know like the ones they take in prison. Very inappropriate. The Dr also became frustrated with my son as my son did not hold the equipment correctly while photos were being taken. This should of been the job of an assistant. Not my son. This Dr. Did not use gloves nor did he wash his hands. Despite I asked him to. He stated he was not touching my son's mouth just the equipment. I would like to say more although this should give a clear understanding of this practice. This office looks and feels very unperfesinal. I will not be returning. And defenly will seek other orthodontist

They were all late to my appointment, his son hit on me (and I wear a ring), and he complained when I said I'd like to buy a traditional retainer after the Invisalign broke right away.
