Dr. John A. Hendry a pediatric dentist, started the practice in Lafayette, La., in 1980. Dr. Hendrys goal is to introduce children to dentistry in a pleasant and non-threatening atmosphere. He is also committed to serving and supporting his patients from infancy to adulthood with superior dental treatment provided with a We Care Attitude. He has served organized dentistry at both local and national levels. Most notably, he served as the National Spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. In 2015, Dr. Hendry was named Distinguished Alumni of LSU School of Dentistry. (Only the 2nd time this award has been bestowed.)
Dr. Hannah Boudreaux Noto a pediatric dentist joined the practice in 2020. As a former patient of Dr. Hendry, she is proud and pleased to now provide the same quality, compassionate care she received here as a patient.
Dr. Noto and her husband, Jason, welcomed baby boy, Brooks, to their family in 2020, who joins their daughter, Bella. As a new mom, she understands the challenges that come with little ones in the house and is dedicated to helping other new mothers understand the importance of oral health for their babies.
Dr. Kathleen Adley Darnall a general dentist from Lafayette, LA joined Dr. Hendry in 2015 with a focus on better serving the areas teenage patients. Many of her patients are so pleased with her care that they continue to visit Dr. Darnall for their dental needs after becoming adults.

My 3 children have been here since they were a year old. Dr. Hendry & Dr. Riveria and staff have always done a thorough cleaning and the children are totally fearless. They love going to the dentist. My daughter who has multiple disabilities, is a complex patient and they are very gentle and thorough. They provide me with lots of education as well. Hands down the best pediatric dental providers in town. Staff is excellent!

I took my son to the dentist for the 1st time here. They had a nice clean place and the staff was so sweet and welcoming Im really happy that I choose this dental office. I've already let my sister know because I think she's a good choice for a pediatric dentist!

The staff is very polite and professional, I like how they always engage in clear detail with the parent/guardian as to the current status of the child's oral conditions, what looks good and what needs attention, should it be necessary. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean facility, and the scheduled appointment always corresponds with the time you are seen by the staff. Highly recommend!

Dr. Hendry & his staff are professional, kind & caring. We have been to a few other dentists & had issues with unnecessary procedures & billing. We feel very comfortable & confident with his recommendations. Dr Hendry & staff go above & beyond. I can honestly say my sons enjoy going to the dentist!

My 11 year old daughter had seen the same dentist since she started going to the dentist. Well with Covid and everything we had to move to Louisiana from Texas, to be closer to family...my cousin recommended Dr Hendry's office and I can honestly say they were great!!!! They made my daughter feel safe and educated her on everything they were doing! We loved our dentist in Texas but I think Dr. Hannah is gonna be a great part of my little family for all of our pediatric dentistry needs! Thank y'all for making us feel like family!

I brought my sons (8 and 3.5 years old) to get a checkup and cleaning after reading so many positive recommendations. It was such a great experience for both of them! They both saw Ms. Shelly and Dr. Noto. Their patience, kindness, and education towards both boys was exactly what I was hoping for at this visit. See you in January!

My son got hurt at work and they were amazing coming in on a Friday afternoon to temporarily repair the teeth till we can get into another dentist on Monday to do the root canal or crown. The staff is AWESOME

Took my 1 yesr old in for his first dental appointment. They were so kind, sweet & made him feel at ease. Would definitely recommend the office if you're looking for a patient & kind pediatric office.

The Doctors and Staff are amazing! My child's first visit, they made him feel like he was just having fun, staff was very patient with my child. A toddler can be a handful especially first dental appointment. They were great with him. I recommend this Dental office, nurses and doctor are very thorough, office is clean, also everything is done in a timely manner.
