I got my wisdom teeth removed in July. The plan was to remove all 4, and I was charged for all 4. The bottom 2 were left untouched and I was told that I would receive a refund for the 2 that were not removed, which also happen to be the more expensive ones. Since July I have been trying to get my money back without being annoying, I think I maybe called once per month. I'd get the same response of "the person you need to speak with isn't in the office but she will call you back" but of course I never got a call back. My patience is gone and I want my money back. It shouldn't take almost 6 months for a refund. Your office should know how to reach me by now, and this 1 star review will stay here until this is taken care of.

Warning, this is not Dr. Carroll business anymore. Tried to make appointment with Dr. Carroll. I was told on vacation for a month. Dr. Carroll used to be a single doctor practice. It was great then. Went in, had appointment with another doctor to remove a tooth that had been very painful for weeks. I was told they would get my x-rays from my doc. They didn't. Then I was told needed a referral from my dentist and they would not treat without it. I stated I was self pay and I know which tooth is killing me. They would not treat. Waited for referral to come it didn't. I decided to leave and asked when Dr. Carroll would be back. They stated he retired. I WAS LIED TOO. Plus had to pay $262.00. Be forwarded.

Dr. Carroll and his staff were excellent. Very refined process and very professional to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Highly recommend.

Dr. Carroll provided excellent care for my daughter during her wisdom teeth removal. He throughly explained the procedure in advance which helped calm her nerves considerably regarding what to expect. During her recovery, he was very supportive while helping her manage her pain and discomfort. We especially appreciated his dedication to her care by meeting us in his office after hours to treat her for pain and then following up regularly to monitor her healing. Excellent care and support from Dr. Carroll and his wonderful staff!

Dr. Carroll pried out my wisdom teeth a little over a week ago. I hear about a lot of horror stories following wisdom teeth extractions, but my recovery is going well. Staff is generally friendly.

Dr. Carroll provided excellent care for my daughter during her wisdom teeth removal. He throughly explained the procedure in advance which helped calm her nerves considerably regarding what to expect. Dr Carroll and his wonderful staff made what was otherwise not the most pleasant experience in my life (the removal of a wisdom tooth) into something almost enjoyable. Very professional, patient, caring, and generous with the time needed to explain the process to a newbie. Learned a lot. Highly recommend!

Dr. Carroll and his staff are amazing! My boyfriend and I have both been to see him. He was great during my wisdom teeth extractions and when my boyfriend had a complication with a tooth extraction with another dentist Dr. Carroll saw him the next day and took care of it. Highly recommend!!!!!
