I have extreme anxiety when going to the dentist. I have been going to Dr. Conrad for years because she calms my anxiety while sitting in the chair. She is very thorough and explains step by step what she is doing. When I have had tooth pain, I am almost always able to get in the same day. She has pulled a couple of my teeth, done a couple root canals for me and I have never had any issues afterwards. It is definitely a blessing to find a dentist that one is comfortable with. She is very kind and her staff are super sweet.

Excellent dentist. Kind and caring office staff, Dr Conrad provides a relaxing and warm atmosphere to relieve the stress of dental procedures. I have been a patient for over 5 years and highly recommend her professional and caring office.

Dr. Conrad is kind, compassionate, and an excellent dentist. In addition to her skills, she has a heart of gold and a great sense of humor. Her staff is the best at making patients feel welcome and comfortable. I'm eternally grateful that I found your office! Thank you for restoring my smile and my faith in dentistry! 10/10 would recommend! Love it ,the staff is great. Desiree and Brigid at the front are amazing and so is Sara the hygenist. And let's not forget about Dr. Conrad best dentist you could ever ask for, they will go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable at your dentist visit and explain everything. Definitely coming back!

I took my family to this office for some work. The performed a crown that became infected, fillings that fell apart, jacked up my bite, and became painful and sensitive to cold. They mixed up the estimates to insurance and hit us with an unexpected, overpriced bill. Other dentists are a fraction of her price with better quality. The doctor badmouthed other patients while working in my mouth. Consistently sulked and made comments about the condition of my teeth. Highly unprofessional. Will not return. - update 2022/02/25 (response to owner response): I think it is quite telling that the only thing you disputed was badmouthing

Great fun staff that made my usually dreaded dental experience better than ever! Dr really listened to me, explained everything, and started with my main concerning areas. So grateful to have found a dentist office that I feel comfortable with from the girls up front to the ones working in my mouth

Dr. Conrad and her team do an excellent job. I have been a patient at her practice for years and always receive a high standard of professional care. The front office team works hard to accommodate my busy schedule and greets me with kindness each visit. I am an active participant in the care I receive and appreciate the thorough explanations when determining care. Insurance is billed promptly and I have never had an issue with it getting paid. I am very thankful for trusted healthcare providers like Dr. Conrad. I decided in 2022 I would let people know when service was good, So I am starting with this great team. Thank you!

I rarely write google reviews but I hope this will help another family from experiencing what we have. In April 2021 my children had their regularly scheduled routine cleanings and check ups. Dr. Conrad told them both they had no cavities. My husband was becoming suspicious of Dr. Conrad after he complained about tooth pain only to be told everything looked fine. This resulted in two root canals and ultimately, an extraction (the endodontist was very kind in working with us financially so we weren't paying repeatedly for her errors). Anyway, we decided to get a second opinion and see a new dentist for the kids. Six months later, my daughter had one cavity and my son had FOUR cavities. One of which was so severe the tooth was unsalvageable and had to be extracted. He had three other fillings (including two crowns). It has been a miserable few months trying to get everything corrected and I am just heartbroken seeing how much he's had to go through. I understand that cavities happen, especially in baby teeth, but this was pure negligence on Dr. Conrad's part. There's no way these cavities progressed and became that severe in a matter of months. Very upsetting and I cannot recommend enough staying FAR away from this practice. She should not be practicing dentistry.

My experience with Dr. Conrad has been great. She always answers my questions and concerns. The staff is always friendly, professional and caring. If I need to get in for an emergency they always make it a priority to help. I am so glad I found Dr. Conrad 6 years ago. I have referred numerous friends and family to her. Thank you guys for everything you have done for me and others.

My experience getting my dentures was a excellent experience . The Doctor and Staff were professional , Well Spoken , Knowledgeable , Clean , Courteous , Friendly , Overall I would recommend there services. Respectfully Submitted and I Thank You

These reviews are trash. They must all be from friends & coworkers. Dr Conrad talks ill of patients regarding their teeth/issues. She cost my family several thousand dollars fixing her "work." I wouldn't send my worst enemy to her. She has been reported to the OSDB. I'm not alone in this horror story. There are plenty more residents who share a similar story in Wadsworth, Oh. Save your time & money!

Love Dr. Conrad and her staff! Her new hygienist Sarah is the BOMB. She's fast, thorough, and friendly, and she talks through everything so I felt completely comfortable. Who knew going to the dentist could be such a great experience?!

Obviously all these reviews are too thorough and conveniently, they're mostly recent. Notice that if you click on the profile of most of these GrEaT reviews, they're profiles that have made only 1 contribution ever and to this business. Coincidence? I think not. Almost as if someone was working on their more honest, and realistic rating that was previously not too great. However, it seems someone had to go out of their way to help a friend or family member out from the bad rating she earned herself....therefore I would recommend taking most of these reviews with a grain of salt.

I came to Dr. Conrad in 2016 I had two crowns with post and build up done in a two year period. I have lost both of these teeth that were done by Dr. Conrad to extraction- one on 12/2020 and the next one 4/2021. I am very disappointed as I was trying to save my teeth.

Disorganized, frantic, and didn't know how to run my insurance. My treatment was placed incorrectly. I showed up early and my appointment started 30 minutes late and Dr. Conrad seemed to rush my appointment only to talk at length with a parent in the lobby. There was a dog, and that is the only reason it's a 1 star, not a 0 star.
