I am grateful to each individual patient in my practice for giving me the opportunity to treat them and their family. Taking care of the people in this wonderful city is a great responsibility, and one I do not take lightly. My wife and I are continually searching for the most efficient dental methods to produce beautiful smiles that last a lifetime.

I am a proud graduate of the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco, and have been practicing dentistry since 2002. Although my formal dental education is complete, I have never stopped learning about the highest quality treatments for our patients. I completed advanced studies in life changing Smile Makeovers, enabling me to take a smile that may be worn or uneven, and with creativity and porcelain detail, make it bright and stunningly attractive!

I have also studied both visual and natural Conservative Dentistry, so that when teeth break or experience life's daily challenges, I can recreate the beauty of a tooth in one brief visit. As part of my continuing education, I am an active member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the San Francisco Dental Society.

As a dentist, I strive to bring ease and comfort to individuals who encounter fears of having their teeth and smile cared for. I take the time to know my patients personally, and help them relax simply by asking about their goals for treatment as well as their daily lives. Simple conversation does wonders for reducing stress, and I love when patients leave feeling relieved at how comfortable and relaxing their visit was.

My wife, our team, and I work to create a positive experience for the patient and to raise the level of dental care throughout San Francisco. We know that patients should expect efficient and gentle care, and that's what we provide at every visit.

My father is a dentist, and I am able to draw from his 40 years of experience and knowledge. Hearing his lessons and advice has been inspirational to me, and I am proud to be able to share with my patients a blend of traditional and contemporary dental therapies.

I grew up in San Diego, and I love raising my family in San Francisco. When I am not in the office, I enjoy snowboarding with my wife, reading numerous books, making movie trailers and video productions of my family, and keeping in touch with friends. I have also volunteered for underserved populations, and have served in a Dental Mission on Mercy Ships in Western Africa. During this trip, my wife and I treated hundreds of patients in Liberia in 2007, where three dentists typically provide dental therapy to over three million people.

I have been practicing dentistry since 2001, and am grateful to be part of my patients' lives. I love providing them with a warm and comfortable dental experience. For my dental education, I graduated from the University of the Pacific Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco. I am continually educating myself on the most innovative and proven dental methods so I can ensure that my patients will always receive the best care possible. As part of my dental studies, I achieved my Invisalign Licensure, which allows me to give a beautiful, straight smile to a patient who has crooked and rotated teeth, without braces!

I have also taken advanced courses in implant dentistry, giving me the ability to replace broken or missing teeth with implants. This enables the patient to not only have a fuller smile, but to chew their food with comfort. I also take seminars and courses as an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, the California Dental Association, and the San Francisco Dental Society.

As a dentist, I enjoy creating relationships that produce positive health changes. I truly care about the people I serve, and want them to attain optimal oral health their entire life. I continually bring advanced dental techniques to my patients so they can rely on me for the most effective and comfortable dental treatments.

I know that my patients come to me to take care of their teeth and gums, but they also want a great dental experience. My team and I provide experience and technical knowledge, but we are also compassionate and sensitive to the unique needs of each patient. I grew up in San Francisco, and enjoy raising my daughter, Joie, in this great city. When I am not at work, I love to walk through Golden Gate Park with my family, or snowboard throughout the peaks of Tahoe and Canada. I also enjoy remaining active with many of my childhood friends and friends throughout my educational career.

As a registered dental assistant, I help with a variety of chairside procedures, including endodontic and prosthetic treatments, crowns, oral surgery, and maintaining current patient charts. I have been working in the dental field since 1994, and I love it! My favorite parts of my job are assisting with crown procedures and making temporary crowns. The patients really appreciate the efforts we give for their health and comfort, and that makes my day. After work, I spend time with my spouse.

I am a native of San Francisco. My interest in dental hygiene began when I was in High School. I had a part-time job in a dental office. The dentist trained me to be a chairside dental assistant and encouraged me to become a dental hygienist. In 1982, I graduated from UCSF with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. On my days off, I enjoy working out at the gym or taking a yoga class. My other interests are growing cymbidium orchids, flower arranging, scrapbook/card making and baking. As a hygienist, my goals are to partner with my patients to maintain their oral health and to provide them with a positive dental visit.

Hello, and welcome to our practice! I am our financial and insurance coordinator as well as a registered dental assistant. I help our patients make the most from their dental insurance, and help them discover a financial plan that meets their needs and fits within their budget. My favorite part of working here is the personal relationships that I developed with our patients, and working with such a fun and wonderful team! The doctors are very optimistic and provide tons of excitement to the office. They truly value the importance of oral health, and enjoy helping our patients reach their dental goals. At home, I am married and have a baby daughter named Madelynn.

I have been in the dental field since 1975, and love being a registered dental hygienist in our practice. I clean teeth, help look for and treat gum disease, take X-rays, and administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation. The favorite part of my job is getting to know the people I treat, and helping them achieve optimum oral health. Dr. McFaul has genuine enthusiasm and concern for his patients. He always strives to be his best in all areas, and that is contagious! In my spare time, I love traveling to my homeland, Italia, and I love raising my beautiful daughter, Sofia.

Hi there! I am a registered dental hygienist, and I perform comprehensive patient assessments, cleanings, digital X-rays, patient education, quadrant scaling and root planing, and administration of local anesthesia and nitrous oxide. I obtained my Dental Hygiene degree from Foothill College, and have over 20 years of experience as a dental assistant and an office manager. I love getting to know such a diverse group of patients and being a part of a great dental team! I have been married to my husband, Dennis, for over 15 years, and we have three great children.

I am proud to be a dental assistant for such a wonderful group of doctors. I help our practice by setting up for procedures, taking X-rays, seating patients, assisting doctors with all procedures, and making sure every patient is comfortable. I began working in our office in 1981, and I love being part of our team! The best part of my job is seeing the patient smiling when they leave our office. Dr. McFaul is a wonderful doctor, and he takes the time to answer all our patients- questions, making sure they are comfortable with the procedures. At home, I'm married with four girls and a dog. Our favorite sport is basketball, and we love playing on the Wii!

I am one of our dental hygienists, so I am responsible for maintaining the health and beauty of our patients smiles through regular cleanings and education about effective home care. I love it when I can help somebody reach their goal of oral health. When a patient is happy about having a healthy mouth for life and motivated to have healthy daily oral habits, I am ecstatic! I love working with my doctors because they strive for excellence with each patient. It makes me feel great knowing they are always looking out for our patients best interests. For the last three years my passion has been rock climbing, and I even climbed two big walls in Yosemite. My most recent change in my life is my new son, and I love being a mom.
