Had a broken crown. Dr Lee took me in at the last minute appointment. She explains the whole process to redo my crown. It was a very good experience with Dr. Lee. Very friendly. No push. Glad that there are good dentist out there.

I was doing my day job nearby Ahwatukee from Deer Valley. I drove by and saw the big sign of Jinah Lee DDS outside of the building. I was not sure if they take a new patient because most dental offices were closed and didn't accept new patients. I am glad that I stop by. It was a great first impression when I walk into their office. The front desk is very friendly, with a warm welcome. I was able to get a quick check-up with Dr. Lee. And I was able to make an appointment for my dental treatment in the same week. As a new patient, it is always scary to see a new dentist. However, Dr. Lee is very professional and gentle on getting my tooth fixed. I am happy that I found Dr. Jinah Lee. It is worth the drive, and she saves my tooth.

Finally found a really good and experience Asian dentist near by Chandler. Tried a few of the dentists in the east valley. They are either lack of experience or just not friendly when you ask questions or address concern about your dental health. Dr Lee goes extra mile and spend all the time I need to make sure I am in the good hands. It's a wonderful feeling when your dentist actually listen to your concern and explain the dental procedures and did what she recommends after all. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Lee for your dental care.

recently became a new patient of Dr Lee and from the time i sat in her chair she made me feel comfortable. she explained what she was doing every step of the way and checked on me during the procedure. strongly reccomend her.

Her location is not the best but Dr. Lee is the best dentist in Phoenix. Dr.Lee has been my dentist for more than ten years. She is professional, kind, and provides excellent customer service. She has done wonders with my teeth and my smile. I recommend her to all my friends and family and many of them are patients too. She is one of the jewels of Phoenix/Tempe.

I had a worst experience with a dentist here. I had a little biting issue, and she told me that she could fix it and recommended me to get multiple crowns. I thought I should trust her, but it was a big mistake. As a result, I have a cracked tooth with a crown not touching upper teeth well. After I got the crown on the tooth cracked in her office, I felt like every her words was to avoid her responsibility. And she told me several things I could not believe at all, after the procedure. Later I decided to go another office and asked her office to give me a full mouth x-ray pictures since they charged it to my insurance, but they said it was not taken in her office, so would retreat the claim. What if I didn't ask them to give me the picture? I really should not trust her and her office.
