The dentist and hygienist are lovely. They are friendly and seem knowledgeable. Good for family members. The front desk area is a hit or miss. The main front desk person is helpful. If you happen to be unfortunate to get the back-up person, take a breath. The back up person is very unprofessional, unhelpful, and honestly, doesn't know what they are talking about. I wouldn't trust them to make appointments (they have messed those up), handle putting in claims (they have messed those up), or really anything that is required of them. This person has caused a lot of frustration several times. Not worth it!

I've been with Dr. Soltani for years, today I decided to rate this place! I'm always happy when Hygienist Sarah cleans my teeth. I have had her working on my teeth cleaning several times before and every time I'm satisfied with the results. Sarah is very gentle and thoroughly with the process! She deserves a praise! And of course my Dr. Soltani is a great dentist!

Very disappointed. I was told I need deep cleaning. Hygienist (Iranian Lady, don't know her name) did the work on one side. It was done too quickly - later I realized why. After few days when swelling was gone, I checked my teeth myself (I worked at dental office, and I have simple equipment to do simple checks). Even with the simple equipment I saw that some (maybe half) of the stains were still there. She cleaned only!!! the ones that people can usually see in the mirror. But all the hidden area stains were still there! And they charged for deep cleaning! not regular cleaning. When I called the office and explained everything asking why she did that. I was told I was wrong, and those are just stains, and she asked me to come again and do those stain again (what?!?!). I never went back. They try to charge as much as they can (and request unnecessary procedures), but they don't even do their job! It is just so you go back again and again, because they won't fix the issue, and keep you coming. I do NOT recommend them!

Front desk lady is super rude and doesn't care. They kept charging me for my sisters ortho treatment, I asked for all receipts and noticed they charged me over 700$+ extra. Manager apologized but poor service. Save your time and don't come here

Dr. Soltani and his staff have always provided the highest level of customer service and care. I believe his is one of the few honest dental practices left. No up-selling on tooth whitening products or "deep cleans" for your gums. Just straightforward, transparent and very good dental care.

Do not go to this office for any reason. Review below. I'm writing this review for my girlfriend, who is currently under the effects of valium for reasons to be covered. My girlfriend was supposed to have her Wisdom teeth extracted when she was 17, for reasons not relevant to this review, that didn't happen. So, when her situation allowed it, she went to Dr. Soltani's office per my family's recommendation. Dr. Soltani saw her for her consultation, scheduled her for a cleaning and agreed that her top two wisdom teeth needed to come out, but that her bottom wisdom teeth were fine. However, it was decided that all 4 were to come out. When my girlfriend went in for a cleaning at his office 2 days prior to the appointment, she was informed that she WAS NOT going to be put under anesthesia for the appointment, not by either of the doctors, but by the hygienist. Again, this was AFTER she had already scheduled the appointment to have her teeth extracted and both of us had taken days off of work. She immediately spoke with the doctor, who offered a prescription for Valium to help relieve any anxiety. After she spoke with me after all of this, we denoted that we had already taken off of work and it would just be easier for her to bite the bullet and get the procedure done despite her problems with local anesthesia in the past. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, my girlfriend takes the Valium a half hour prior to the appointment and we arrive to the office early. She gets taken back, only to have the doctor who is actually going to do the extraction (Who she did not see at all prior to this.) say that she actually has TMJ and says that she needs a night guard, and that her wisdom teeth, despite him saying that they're impacted, don't need to come out. Again, instead of extracting her teeth like Dr. Soltani stated, this other doctor decided that he wasn't going to do it, took a mold of her teeth for a night guard (that aren't covered by her insurance) and sent her on her way. I don't understand why Dr. Soltani and this doctor, and their staff completely dropped the ball concerning their patient's health and well being. She was given zero information concerning sedation/numbing for the procedure by either of the doctors, leaving a hygienist to "break the news" concerning local anesthesia, AFTER she had already set the wheels in motion. After all the work and labor on our end to make sure everything goes as flawlessly as possible (Taking days off work well in advance, leaving the house early because of the snow.) The doctor decides that it's not necessary and takes money out of her pocket and sends her on her way. This kind of treatment of patients is unacceptable and I highly advise anyone against going here save for the basic annual cleaning. UPDATE: My girlfriend successfully had her teeth removed by another practice in the area. This is mentionable because this office actually did their homework and sent her in for an X-Ray prior to the operation. Soltani's office had told her that she had very thin roots and that only two teeth needed to come out. While this new office told her that, of course, all 4 teeth needed to come out and her roots were actually very long and thick and because of it she risked losing feeling in her jaw, or having her jaw broken during the procedure! (The doctor pointed this out and explained the X-Ray and we can confirm, that yes, her roots were exceptionally wrong.) The guilt that I feel for even recommending her to Soltani's office is horrible. To say that I would have been furious if they went to remove her teeth after lying to her face (again!) and saying that she had shallow roots and she lost feeling in her jaw, or worse they broke it during the procedure because they didn't do their homework is an understatement. Do not go to this office for any reason. You will be lied to and made to feel comfortable for the sake of conducting business.
