We wanted our office to feel as modern and welcoming as possible, so we commissioned trusted designers to create a memorable space for our patients to walk into. Were incredibly proud to operate out of our chic and inviting office, which has been featured in Architecture DC, Interior Designs, and Trends.
Dr. BrunograduatedMagna cum laudefromBoston Collegewith a BA in economics. After receiving her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and masters degree in education from theUniversity of Pennsylvania, she pursued her certificate in orthodontics at Eastman Dental Center/University of Rochester.Dr. Bruno returned to theUniversity of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she was appointed a clinical professor in the Department of Orthodontics. After three years at UPENN, she relocated to Ohio, where she accepted the position of assistant clinical professor in orthodontics at Case Western Reserve University, and maintained an active practice.
In 2004, Dr. Bruno relocated to this area and opened her practice in Chevy Chase. She resides in Washington, DC with her husbandJim, and three children:Ella, Clayton, and Wilkes. She can often befound around the neighorhood walking their brindle coat rescue dog, Duke.Dr. Brunos interests outside of the office include horses, golf, and tennis.
A visit to Dr. Bruno 's office is often described as a 'walk in the clouds'- articulated quite literally from the serene and heavenly quality of the space. Bracey joined our team in the summer of 2010 as our office mascot, and she brings joy to our patients and friends. Bracey loves to come into the office and celebrate when a patient get his or her braces taken off.
As a clinical coordinator at Bruno Orthodontics for five years, Liz has enjoyed helping Dr. Bruno create new, healthy smiles. She thinks the amazing orthodontic team and quality of service are what make this practice so special, and she looks forward to working here for many more years.
Barbaras favorite thing about working in orthodontics is watching her patients smiles transition from start to finish. She loves Bruno Orthodontics because Dr. Bruno provides the best quality of care and stays up-to-date with the most advanced technology.
As a past Invisalign patient herself, Barbara is looking forward to her 14-year-old son starting treatment soon. She appreciates that patients at Bruno Orthodontics can get Invisalign or braces at the same rate so they can truly decide what is best for them without worrying about cost.
Wisdom loves seeing a patients newfound confidence as much as their new smile when they finish treatment. This is due in part to Dr. Brunos meticulous treatment plan, which leads to the perfect outcome.
Irene likes how everyone at Bruno Orthodontics works as a team to achieve their daily goals. She appreciates the fun, friendly environment, which their patients also love, and the teams commitment to providing high quality care.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Irene worked with children for seven years in Thailand and speaks four different languages (English, Tagalog, Thai, Visayan). In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, bicycling, jogging, dining out at nice restaurants, and spending time with her family.

Invisalign treatment with Dr. Bruno was a super investment! I now have a smile that I didn't think was possible and great dental check-ups. Treatment was painless. Dr. Bruno and her staff (especially Wisdom) were unfailingly professional and friendly. Appointments were easy to schedule. If you aren't satisfied with your smile, do consider a consult with Dr. Bruno. You are worth it and will love the results.

Dr. Jill Bruno and her amazing assistants Wizdom and Elizabeth made the impossible, Possible, they were able to do what other dentist/orthodontists told me could not be done without breaking my jaw and me eating out of a straw for months. The team of Dr. Jill Bruno's is definitely cutting edge and world class! Thank you all for giving me wonderful straight teeth with a super smile!!!!!!!!

Dr Bruno was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly, her staff Barbara quickly put me at ease and answered any question I had for my new Invisalign journey, she was awesome! Super excited to come in tomorrow for my first set as this office was a great setting for any adults starting over from braces as a child.

My kids both love Dr. Bruno and her staff. My daughter was born with cleft lip and palate and I'm always comforted by Dr. Bruno's knowledge, approach and patience with all of my questions. I've been especially impressed with her response to COVID-19. She thinks outside the box to make sure her patients have the support and care they need during this strange new time.

went in for a new retainer and was happily surprised to find that instead of traditional molds bruno ortho now has a teeth scanner which is way less uncomfortable. thanks to Wisdom for great service as always!

Jill and her team are fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We have had 3 children as patients of Dr Bruno and all receive compliments on their "perfect smile". Dr Bruno are highly competent and have great manner with the kids, they make the process as comfortable as possible. The office staff is also great, and special shout out to Irene who assists with the insurance paperwork - she helped us and I was able to get the insurance to cover a portion of the expenses without any fighting with the insurance company - that alone is a miracle. Thanks to Irene for the help, and thanks to Dr Bruno and the entire staff for a great job on all three kids.

The office's atmosphere was very nice as well. Barbara was also very helpful and kind. Overall, this was an excellent visit.
