The other key element of a dental implant is the porcelain crown. This is designed specifically for each patient based on their requirements and attaches to the post using a connector called an abutment. Creating a bespoke crown ensures that the restoration looks and feels like a natural tooth. If youre getting a bridge or denture, this will be custom designed and manufactured, then attached to the implant posts.
Since receiving dental implant posts is a surgical procedure, you will receive a local anesthetic beforehand. Once youre numb, we will drill a hole through the gum tissue and into the bone where the post will be placed. You will be given specific advice to follow regarding taking care of your mouth and implants while you heal.

Let me just start by saying I am SO happy that I came to see Dr. Wyatt!! Her and the staff are absolutely amazing! I live in Miami Beach and let's say it was definitely worth the drive. I had a retained baby tooth that I was self conscious about for years and it looked as if I was missing a tooth on the side when I smiled, but now my smile is perfect! She made sure the crown and everything else was just right. I'm so thankful!

Dr. Jessica gets you Awesome results - that last. A true professional that knows how to actually administer these products to get you the most beautiful results. As a guy it is great for my scars, forehead lines and crows feet In addition to being superb in administering the Jessica is extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain the process and the products and simple and easy to understand terms and what they will do and why you should use one product over the other I was so pleased with her results that I had her come to our office Christmas party and we turned it into a Botox party. Dr Jessica Wyatt is extremely talented. I went in for a consultation with some concerns with wrinkles and also a bump on my lip from a different injector doing a bad job on my lips. Most other injectors would just want to fill my lips back up with more filler (more expensive) and that is not what I wanted. Dr Wyatt was able to dissolve the bump on my lip and it looks perfect now! She's also really great at placement for Botox, and she's on the conservative side which I love. Most people just want to put in as much Botox as they can (again more expensive) but dr Wyatt actually cares about making you look your best and most natural self. Thank you so much!!!!
