I chose Dr. Saepoff after finding her online. She seemed experienced, kind, and professional. My first appointment went well (had all my amalgam fillings removed). Second appointment was where the trouble started. I needed two crowns. The first one broke shortly after the procedure. With the second one, she didn't file it down enough and it rubbed against the inside of my cheek causing discomfort and open sores. I called numerous times to have both issues addressed. I never received a call back. Instead, I developed a severe infection, with the worst pain I've ever experienced. I found another dentist who corrected the problems. But it was extremely painful, physical, emotionally, and financially.

My daughter and I have gone to Dr.Saepoff for several years now. She is excellent and I would highly recommend her. She listens carefully to you and suggests various options based on your needs, helping you weigh the pros and cons. I had ortho work done and am very happy with the results - better than I anticipated and they will be in great alignment for the rest of my life. So delighted! Now my daughter is working with Dr. Saepoff using Invisalign which has been a far superior experience than my older daughter (who went to a different ortho in Factoria and had metal braces for years). If you are considering ortho work or prefer natural dentistry in a peaceful environment, try Dr. Saepoff.

Had an emergency broken tooth a couple years ago and wanted a natural dentist and no root canal- Dr. Saepof put on a crown she "guarantees" for 2 years. It broke at 9 months. She redid it, it broke again about 1.5 years into it... I attempted to talk to Dr. S personally but only was able to get to the front desk, and it was going to be a month before they could fit me in. I decided I'd have better luck getting a crown that didn't break at another dentist and when I did find another dentist, his office suggested I request a refund or partial refund. I called Dr. S's office multiple times, talked to front desk person and left messages, and never again received a return call. STAY AWAY.

I have been seeing Dr. Saepoff for regular cleanings for a few years. She is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are protected from any allergens. The environment of her office is very clean without the cold, sterile feel. Her staff are very friendly and professional. I have never had any problems with Dr. Saepoff's office. In talking with Dr. Saepoff about orthodontics, I was surprised to hear about her gentle approach, using no metal, and requiring no painful surgery for adults who need expansion. Her Ortho process includes cranial adjustments so that the whole body becomes aligned, not just the teeth. I love this philosophy! I think the world needs more of Dr. Saepoff and I am so appreciative that she is brave enough to provide this healthy, holistic treatment! Also, I had a couple cavities filled by her a couple of years ago. One of them chipped off or somehow suddenly became sensitive to temperature. She guarantees her work and was more than happy to repair it. Also, she was the first dentist EVER to ask me if I wanted to perform the filling without anesthetic. I didn't even know that was possible. I decided to give it a try and she said she would keep the anesthetic available in case I changed my mind. I felt empowered after the procedure. I had two cavities repaired with no anesthetic of any kind. Thank you, Dr. Saepoff, for the excellent dental care and empowering your patients to be brave enough to accept the natural way of the body. I highly recommend Dr. Saepoff to everyone looking for a higher level of respectful, quality dental\orthodontic care!

Dr. Saepoff is BY FAR the most knowledgeable holistic dentist I have ever encountered. It puts me at ease to know that she is using the cleanest, healthiest products and approaches to keep my mouth and body healthy. I often leave with something new to learn more about. Her radio program is what first tuned me on to her. It was hard to disagree with her natural non-toxic approaches and sound logic based in current science. I have had fillings done twice now and it's never exciting to get fillings, but she is COMPLETELY gentle, goes as slow as possible and is able to cater to the level of intervention that I need. She has some incredibly small drills and I have had all my fillings done without Novocaine! I'm not saying not having Novocaine is right for everyone, but I would have never known that it's not always necessary! She went slow and repeatedly said I could numb the area if I wanted. I'm incredibly grateful to have her knowledge, expertise and superior ethical standards. It takes courage and a strong dedication to health to go above and beyond current standards of dental care and that is what Dr. Saepoff does.

I really appreciate Dr. Saepoff's level of knowledge and holistic approach towards dentistry, particularly for children. At one year old we noticed that our child had severe tooth decay forming on their two front teeth. We consulted with several conventional dentists that recommended pulling the teeth and anesthesia. The conventional dentists refuted any explanation related to nutritional deficiency and blamed the decay on night time breastfeeding. We found Dr Saepoff who was able to adhere non toxic fillings to our child's teeth, with no drugs and no pain. It was amazing! Our child still has their baby teeth intact at 4.5 years old and I am confident that they will stay intact until the adult teeth come in, which is our ultimate goal! Dr Saepoff does come off as brusk at times but I know she means well! The only reason that I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because her rates, though reasonable, are not affordable for many low income families and she does not offer sliding scale. Our state sponsored insurance plan does not cover this type of dentistry and we have had to pay quite a bit out of pocket, but its worth it!

I am so glad to have this option for our dental care. We drive 3 hours to visit her. She has been our family's dentist for over 5 years, and she is so great with my son.

This was the worst health care experience I've ever had. I decided to have my mercury fillings out and she removed 3 of the 4 over two back to back visits. Immediately after the second procedure I had a massive hives reaction. I saw her once more 3 months later for a cleaning. I gently and kindly told her about the hives, suggesting she help prepare clients better, and was surprised how she brushed me off. That week I got a letter in the mail saying she could no longer provide dental care to my entire family. I had those hives day and night for 2 full years. Since then I've seen 4 mercury-free dentists fearing a repeat of that, trying to find someone I had enough confidence in to try again for the final filling. All four saw in bite wings that she left some mercury filling in one of the molars, beneath the new filling, and told me that should never happen. I chalked that up to carelessness that I'd just have to live with, until this year someone finally explained that the composite fillings are porous so that mercury was exposed and leaching into my body this whole time. I finally had it re-done with the last molar, and no reaction - which contrasts so clearly with my experience with her. When I originally saw the letter I thought she was just overly sensitive but now I realize she was trying to avoid malpractice. I should have written this much sooner, to spare anyone else my experience.

Dr. Jessica is thorough and has a gentle touch. She gave me helpful advice on irrigating my gums and wearing a mouth guard on the bottom teeth rather than the top. I appreciate her wholistic, conservative approach to oral hygiene and restoration.

Literally the worst professional experience of my life. Took my 2 children for checkup/cleaning. Jessica tried hard selling orthodontics for my 6 year old. I don't agree with that approach, but she kept on with the hard sell. Continued the checkup up, then she cleaned my sons teeth. She was not friendly, but ok until he accidentally swallowed the water on the third rinse she raised her voice and shouted 'I told you not to swallow!' I said woh woah, that's enough- then she said, I told him not to!! Then I responded, you will speak to my son with respect. She then left the room for 20min before returning to do my daughters appointment. She never apologized. Then my kids mother got a letter saying they fired us as patients. I had no intention of ever returning. Dude, and borderline abusive.

Visited NDHA for a second opinion after seeing a pediatric dentist who recommend 4 caps and general anesthesia for my 1.5 year old. She seems very honest. We developed a plan that does not involve the invasive ideas the previous dentist had. Hoping to remineralize teeth and stop any further decay. Also, my son only had 1 cavity not 4. Glad I came god a second opinion!

Crowns Dr. Seapoff did for me over 10 years ago are still solid. Really appreciate the effort she made to make the crowns on my front teeth appear natural in shape and color. Her use of the safest possible materials is really appreciated. She understood the importance of avoiding/removing almalgams way before most dentists were willing to confront the inconvenience of these mercury filled metal fillings.
