Dr Vicente and staff are great but too busy. Usually six months out to schedule an appointment. I get it because one dentist. Had to reschedule a cleaning due to a surgical procedure and earliest appointment was in January. Hate to leave her, but too difficult.

While the staff is relatively pleasant I think they need to keep patients updated on any delays. An appointment is made for a reason.

Wonderful dentist and staff! Everyone is very friendly, the office is clean & comfortable, and Dr. Vicente is excellent at what she does. I'd highly recommend them for all your dental needs!

The Dentist and her staff are great and have always been that way. The Dentists, father (I think), who seems to run the office, is the rudest most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. He has a tendency of belittling and disrespecting females. I had a simple question to the office staff while I was waiting for the dentist, to see if I had the option to return my new retainer as I didn't like it and I honestly didn't have much time to wait for it to be fixed. So I wanted to be advised of what my options were. My perspective is that anything is returnable - from custom jewelry, to opened makeup at Sephora, to even opened food at Trader Joe's - anything can be returned. So I didn't think it would be a big deal to ask if I was able to return my new retainer. The office manager made it an entirely big deal, screamed at me that I was "about to get him mad" and threatening me to not get him "mad" and interrogating me on if I even had an appointment (which I did) - all because I asked a simple question. A literal screaming battle between a 60 year old man and a 25 year old female - to the point where the dentist had to come out and calm her father down. I believe as though this would not have happened If I were a man. I 100% believe the office manager is sexist and self unaware and has a lack of emotional intelligence. I feel as though the office manager has talked to multiple young females that way, with out being responded to with the same energy, and that was a trigger for him to be talked to in the same way. An office manager should not be speaking to a patient as if a father speaks to a daughter he just caught sneaking out... his lack of respect and self awareness is completely unprofessional and makes all the wonderful staff look bad... and unprofessional. This used to be the best Dentist I've ever been to. I felt safe and comfortable, but how am I supposed to be comfortable when the manager of the staff is so angry and on edge. This was one bad experience so I wouldn't say to not be a patient here. The dentist and staff are truly the best and really take care of their patients. But the office manager father, kind of clashes with that and ruins the experience as a whole - to the point of me not wanting to recommend anyone here.

Dr. Vicente is, hands down, the BEST dentist I have ever had. She is kind and talented and her staff is extremely accommodating and patient. I have been going to the practice for several years now, and 8-10 other friends and family go there also. About a year ago, I convinced my husband to try them as well (he hates the dentist in general) but he was so impressed!! He loves the hygenist, Amber, she has been so patient and gentle in dealing with his dental issues. He has had several emergencies and they have been so helpful in laying out a good plan to restore his teeth and smile. If you are looking for a great dentist for yourself or your family, I can't convey enough how highly we recommend them.

The best dental practice I have ever been to in my life. I wish I still lived close by because nothing in my new city comes close. Highly recommended! No paranormal activity as well, bonus!

The people are very nice and friendly. Didn't take long to get in and out. Had a nice view of the pond. Didn't have any issues and I will definitely return. :D
