A native Michigander, Dr. Holtzman has been practicing dentistry for over 10 years and operating in the same group practice since 2007. After completing her bachelors degree at Wayne State University and graduating from the University of Michigan with a Doctorate in Dental Surgery, Dr. Holtzman completed a two-year oral surgery fellowship at the University of Iowa from 2005-2007. She also completed the AAID maxi course in Toronto, which included over 300 hours of CE and a rigorous exam process.

Dr. Holtzman has three school-aged children, and her husband, Matt, works in the area as a neurologist. Her favorite hobbies include playing video games, traveling, and spending time with her family in Traverse City, Michigan.
