I went to Dr. Jennifer 10+ years ago. I can contest that my teeth still look great and my removable nighttime retainer has lasted!

We spent nearly $8k for orthodontics services for our son at this outfit, and Dr Jennifer refused to see him even once. The entire service was done by assistants who are not dentists. She is just a figurehead marketing the business and collecting checks. THE single worst practice at a health care provider.

Our son Eli has been going to Dr. Jen for awhile. Everyone from the time you walk in the door make you feel special. Eli feels good about himself again as he in gaining confidence once again. We highly recommend Dr. Jen and all her staff. If you check her out you won't regret it.

Very bad experience. Did the opposite of what I requested. They would not fix what they did. They also cracked my enamel. I need to go to an orthodontist to correct what was done. However, now i don't have the money to do it. Would like my money back so I can fix what they did. All they cared about was getting their money. Act real nice up front and then try to intimidate you.

Since 2014, I have brought 4 of my children and myself to this orthodontist. We had driven for years from North Branch Minnesota to come here because it was so pleasant. My children and myself received our braces here. We had enjoyed the services and the staff everytime we have come in for services and treatments, especially enjoy Jennifer herself too. However today, I spoke to financial over the phone about services they had offered ( retainer replacement ). I encountered my first unprofessional, rude employee. She argued what the front desk person said to me over the phone , I have another adult in the room who heard the whole conversation between the front desk and I. It is irrelevant as I wasn't saying this lady offered me the service for that price. The front desk said they had offered in the past a 'complimentary 60.00 retainer replacement,' they do not offer that any longer. The financial lady argued that the front desk never said complimentary. When we received our braces we were told there is a one time 60.00 retainer replacement and after that it is 270 for a replacement. We were all told this when getting our retainers. The front desk gal called it a complimentary program no longer offered. I didn't call it complimentary they started it. Now financial is saying it was never a thing. I don't appreciate mind games. So we look back at the history of retainers and she is rude, and a bit snotty about my youngest never having a replacement, Well lady I have more than one kid maybe check their charts. She keeps calling me Mam, the employees always call me by my first name, don't call me mam, I have a first name that's why we have one, why is today different ? Because I asked to speak to someone who has worked there longer in financial because speaking to her was really frustrating and insulting? She finds the kid that had the service done. I brought my kid in for a retainer replacement and paid the 60.00 last year. She argues "It was a courtesy retainer for kids to write an essay and it's 55.00 it's not 60.00 you see it's not a complimentary and it's not 60.00" Like wow could we be more unprofessional here? Complimentary vs courtesy 55.00 vs 60.00 Wouldn't have been easier to just say we no longer offer that so sorry, instead of losing 5 clients? I am sitting next to another adult who has 4 kids themselves needing braces and this was their first impression of doctor Jennifer's- They were very put off and couldn't believe the petty conversation being had. Maybe this was a fluke, not sure. Hopefully the call was recorded and they listen to it. It certainly was a first time. I have loved Jennifer's office, but I will get a retainer and braces for myself & my kids, elsewhere.

Definitely recommend! Went in for my consult today and got my braces put on the same day!! Everyone is so nice and welcoming!! They were super fast and efficient! Was out of there with new braces within an hr and half!! Loved it !

Jessica Evans my treatment consultant that I worked with was informative and very professional with me about the process pertaining to my invisalign. I felt very comfortable. I also worked with Krista pertaining to the schedule of the process again very professional.

I would not recommend going here. Save your money and go somewhere else. The staff make me feel uncomfortable with their fake smiles. When I express my concerns they brush it off. This costs a lot of money so I would go somewhere else.

The office @ Dr. Jennifer Eisenhuth Orthodontics is very welcoming, super cozy and a such beautiful thought out floor plan as well as relaxing comfortable interior designing done throughout the office it self! And the staff is the highlight of the whole place! Professional, caring, helpful and enjoyable to be around. This is my second time around doing orthodontics and Keli Wisner Was my consultants at my appointment. She did an amazing excellent job explaining certain things that were happening and explained things about habits that I never thought I actually had. It totally made sense to why my teeth are doing the things they're doing now since it's been many years after I got my first Ortho treatment. I will definitely recommend their office to my friends and family. I do have anxiety to dentist and Ortho places due to childhood trauma so I'm very selective but this place just has that warm feel and calms your nerves which is in very essential when you go and do these treatments! Keep it up team great job everyone!
