Dr. Jen received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1995 as a Cum Laude graduate. She then attended the School of Dentistry at the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating at the top of her class and earning the Alpha Omega Intl Dental Fraternitys Award of Excellence in Academic Achievement. To complete her education, she obtained her Specialty Certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics from Louisiana State University School of Dentistry in 2003.
Dr. Jen is a member of several professional organizations Grand Strand Dental Society, South Carolina Dental Association, American Dental Association, South Carolina Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontists, and the American Association of Orthodontists. She has completed the SAO leadership program representing South Carolina and proudly served as a Board member of the SCAO for over five years. Dr. Jen currently serves on the Southern Association of Orthodontist Board as AAO PAC director.
At a young age, Dr. Jen affectionately earned the nickname Smiley from her family members. Little did she know how her dreams would evolve into creating beautiful smiles as her career. She proudly treats children and adults from her hometown, Conway, and surrounding areas of Myrtle Beach, Carolina Forest, Loris, Aynor, and Marion, South Carolina.
Dr. Jen proudly established her practice in Conway in 2004. She and her husband, Chad, have two beautiful daughters Cameron and Madilyn. She enjoys spending time outside of the office with her family, running, and dedicating time to her church family at Juniper Bay Baptist Church.
I am Dr. Jens scheduling coordinator. I have worked here since 2007 and truly enjoy meeting and greeting all of the patients as they come and go. I love our fun office environment where my co-workers are more like family. Before entering the world of orthodontics, I worked as a Certified Pharmacy Technician. I am a native of Mullins, SC and currently reside in Galivants Ferry, SC with my husband, Daniel and three boys, Jacob, Gavin, and Dylan.
Hello, my name is Whitley. I am the treatment and insurance coordinator. I attended Horry Georgetown Technical College where I received my Expanded Duty Dental Assistant Certification in August 2009. I started working with Dr. Jen in April of 2013. On my days off I enjoy spending time with my two children Lane and Maggie, family & friends, as well as volunteering at C3 Coffee Bar.
I am Dr. Jens Marketing and Digital Practice Coordinator. I began working for Dr. Jen in January of 2010 filling in at the front desk. Not long after I began training to become a Certified Orthodontic Assistant and did that for many years. I eventually transitioned into my current role. I am originally from Conway and now live in Loris with my husband Jimmy, two stepchildren Jameson and Josie and our sweet baby girl Audrey (born in May 2021). On my days off I love spending time with my family. I also enjoy reading, journaling, exercising, and being outside.
Hello, my name is Savannah, and I have been with DJO since 2018. I am a Coastal Carolina University Alumna where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Health Administration. I was born and raised on my familys farm in Nichols, SC and in my free time, I enjoy spending time on the boat with my family and making memories with my husband, Dustin and our baby boy, Jed.
I am one of Dr. Jens Certified Orthodontic Assistants. I also attended Florence Darlington Technical College where I received an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. I worked as a Dental Hygienist from 2007 up until I joined Dr. Jen and her amazing team in December of 2010. I live in Conway, SC with my husband Chris, our daughter Addison, and two boys Aiken and Axton.

Hello, my name is Kenzie. I practically grew up with Dr. Jen Orthodontics. I started out as a patient, and then began working part time during high school and college. After graduating, I decided to pursue orthodontic assisting as a full time career. I enjoy spending time with family, friends, and my adorable yorkie, Kali and handsome golden retriever, Andy.
Before entering the world of orthodontics, I worked as a Sales Associate at Papa's General Store. After I graduated from college, I started assisting at Dr. Jens in November of 2019. I currently reside in Conway, SC. I enjoy spending time with my Husband, Jeffrey and my 3 dogs, Molly, Maggie, and Precious!
I began working at DJO in high school as a sterilization tech. I enjoyed it so much that after graduating from Aynor High School, I decided to pursue orthodontic assisting as my career. When I am not with my work family, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, Cole, on the river or at the beach with my niece.
