Dr. Allen was born and raised outside of Indianapolis, Indiana. He completed his undergraduate studies in 1991 at Indiana University. He then went on to study dentistry at the Indiana University School of Dentistry and graduated in 1995. He currently practices dentistry in Bloomington, IN.
