The most amazing dentist ever.I used to be scared to go to the dentist but not now.The doctors soft touch giving shots is amazing.I get asked all the time who is my dentist isI wear dentures that Dr.Allen made for me and the only thing people tell me is that I have an amazing smile,they look real as real is.The staff is friendly, efficient, and delightful to deal with.BTW,it's a hour and half drive for me but for his expertise,I'll drive that far.Thank you Dr Jeff

Don't go here He pulled 3 of my teeth the first time he wasn't listening to me when I said certain meds wouldn't work an almost had a yelling match and the second time I went there for the third tooth the numbing shots was not kicked in yet an he rushed thru the procedure an was extremely rough Wouldn't suggest him for nobody

i have been seeing DR Allen for about more than 3 years and i have had regular cleaning filling and i always enjoyed gong there and talking to DR Allen he is the best, but the only issue that i always had was really bad customer service at front desk, i called yesterday to follow up my up coming cleaning appointment the Lady on the phone she was screaming and yelling at me and i couldn't ask my question and she hang up at me, well i thought she might had a bad day and i called the next day for better service and it was same lady and even worse attitude, i asked her why she was yelling at me yesterday she said that this is how she talk no apology, i hope Dr Allen read this Review and notice the way this lady treating customers, anyways sadly i had to look for another Dentist and i will miss that place and Dr Allen

These people are great. Marty and I have been patients since Dr. Allen opened the practice. Friendly, professional, caring, and on and on. Cannot say enough good things.

Every experience with Dr. Allen has been excellent. I would recommend him to anyone for any dental work. He is prompt and goes out of his way to help you even after hours. They make you feel comfortable. I know that a lot of us are embarrassed because we have neglected seeing the dentist regularly. Don't worry because the staff is there to help you not make you feel bad. Don't wait any longer. The staff is ready to help you.

Went to Dr. Allen for about a year. Ended up with a cavity and thought uhh whatever get it filled. They filled the "cavity" several months later I am informed I need a root canal because my nerve is dying. I had been having a lot of pain in that tooth for months. Instead of just going forward with the root canal I contact another doctor to get a second opinion and find out I never actually had a cavity in the tooth that got a filling. As of now almost 2 years later I have had two root canals and a third that is likely due to a doctor who "filled in a cavity" before Dr. Allen I had never had issues with my teeth before going to him I had only one other cavity in my 27 years of living. I have had multiple doctor's tell me that it was the first cavity that started this down slide of my dental health. Whatever you do don't go see this man. He will royally mess you up and provide unnecessary care and could cause future issues.

I had a good experience before coming in and thought it would be a pleasant experience again; however, I felt like I was degraded and the receptionist had a sense of superiority. She had a attitude that was very unwelcoming. Sort of like that, "I don't want your kind here." I'm Asian American and served in the Marine Corps and for a person to work in a place like this and treat people is unbecoming. It took me a month to schedule an appointment to get here and I canceled it do to the seemingly prejudice attitude towards me. I guess if you are a minority that person doesn't want you here. The other times I came here she was never here but I guess she is of management position. Because when I asked to talk to a manager she said either I could talk to her or Dr. Allen. Nothing was done in the end.

I waited months for my appointment, drove 30 miles, only to be told that they refuse to clean my teeth. They tried to sell me a "procedure" that costs 200-400 dollars that my insurance wouldn't pay for. Geez all I wanted was a cleaning. I take great pride in my teeth and I really am at a loss for words. Stay away from here is my advice to you. I only picked the one star for my review because there was not a -5 which is what they deserve in my opinion. This is exactly why people lose their teeth. P.s. Anybody know of a good dentist in the area?

Very pleased with the treatment I have received at Dr Allen's office. My teeth---what remains of them!--are not in the best of shape so I had sort of given up on it all. But in the last couple years, with their help, I now have better oral health than I have in a long time! Dr Allen knows what he's doing and it shows. His dental assistants are just as knowledgeable and the office staff is professional. I have never waited more than a few minutes, all my questions and concerns are answered, and the few times I have needed attention due to toothaches or the like they have always accommodated me. Really I couldn't ask for a better dentist and staff than I have found at Dr.Allens. I highly recommend them!

My 5 year old needed cleaning and filling and Dr Allen is the only dentist in town to accept our insurance and treat children her age. Based on reviews, I was nervous to make an appointment but felt I had no other choice. I have now taken her to their office several times and have had nothing but the very best experience. Seriously, he is an amazing and patient dentist and the hygienists go the extra mile. They even gave our stuffed rabbit a check up first just to make my daughter feel comfortable. Any dentist that can do a filling on a 5 year and get a hug from her as she walks out of the room is golden in my book. Plus, he never once made me feel like I was inferior parent because my child had a cavity. I cannot say enough good things about them.

We've been going to Dr Allen's office for several years. They are always kind and efficient. My youngest is a handful and doesn't like doctors of any kind, but everyone in the office is so patient with him. Last week, they even managed to get full xrays on him. Dr Allen has done great work on all of our teeth and I trust his advice and medical opinions.

OUTSTANDING DENTIST!!! I couldn't be happier with the treatment I received from Dr Allen and his staff. I have had dental issues in the past. When I woke up with a terrible tooth ache, I called his office and explained my problem. They had a full schedule but, his staff worked me in to fix my bad tooth. Everyone I encountered in his office we're professional and pleasant and they truly cared about my pain. I am so grateful for the empathy and treatment I received in my time of need. A great Dentist and amazing person.

I have been seeing Dr. Allen for about 15 years now. I have had regular cleanings, fillings, crowns, and a tooth extracted. Dr. Allen has always taken time to fully discuss options, done exceptional work with as little discomfort as possible, and showed his concern for me when he came in at 6:45 on a Saturday morning to deal with a tooth I broke just hours before I had a vacation flight scheduled. His office and dental staff are also competent and friendly.
