Dr. Jeffrey R. Slotten is your local general dentist offering comprehensive dental care for both adults and children. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Dentistry in Chicago. After an associateship with another practitioner in Jacksonville, FL, Dr. Slotten purchased the practice of retiring dentist Dr. Bruce Tanner in Palatka, FL, in January 1988.
He moved his office from the Crill Avenue office to Zeagler Professional Complex in 1992. With careful planning, he has developed a state-of-the-art dental facility focusing particular attention on upholding the highest standards of infection control set by the government.
Phyllis has been employed with our office since 2015. Phyllis and her family moved to Palatka from Georgia. She is married to Mike and they have 2 married daughters, a grandson and 2 granddaughters. Phyllis has over 35 years of experience as a hygienist.
Erica has been employed with our office since 2014, she started with our office as an intern with First Coast Technical College in 2013, since being employed with our office she has received her certifications from University of Florida for Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. She is happily married with 2 beautiful daughters, in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.

My mom is always falling apart and he is kind and patient. He is always fixing severe problems with my mom. So I decided to see him and Dr. Slotten and his staff are wonderful.

Took my husband's 300.00 for what was supposed to be a root canal..which is to remove the nerves... well I'm finding out who to report him too. Because my husband is in pain with that so called root canal. And this office will not return his calls!!

My aunt had him For her dentist and loved him. She always says great things about him and she's 83 . Says he is very kind patient and gentle. Will be calling to make appointment

in his office for only 2 minutes, they tried to charge me $100 just for telling me that It would cost $1400 to fix a filling in my tooth

Never have been here. Won't go there either. Rude, rude receptionist. Called to reschedule an appointment a week in advance, that was for 5 pm, was told, they will no longer make appointments for 5 pm, because of people always canceling. Sorry, I had no choice, didn't do it on purpose. RUDE! Don't like you're job, get another one. Happy to say got another dentist, the receptionist was quite pleasant. Our money spends anywhere.
