Great experience! Friendly personable staff. Dr O'Connell is a kind caring and a knowledgeable professional. Took the time to discuss pros n cons of my options and listened attentively to my concerns. Would highly recommend this warm and very well run office.

I was extremely nervous and needed to make some hard decisions regarding my teeth. Dr O'Connell and his wonderful staff took their time with me, explained the procedures and put me at ease. I have been so happy with the results and have so enjoyed meeting this great group that my husband had almost the same work performed last week. Five stars in every way!

I came across Dr. O'Connell's practice on line , two years ago , when I had cracked a tooth. I left a voicemail message, it was closed because it was a weekend. He called me right back and told me to come in that Monday! I've been a patient ever since , and so has my wife and daughter. Everyone in the office is amazing. Bianca is great at what she does, helps educate her patients, and Linda is the best, she has great customer service and does a great job in scheduling and helping to explain medical claims. As long as there practice is running , I will no longer need another dentist

Excellent practice! I can't say enough good things about both Dr. O'Connell and his team. Excellent dentistry, caring, gentle, perfectionists. Have been able to fit me in when I need to be seen. Office extremely clean and well run.

Very rude staff who hung up the phone because they don't want to do their job. Who has ever heard of an office having a limit to how many insurance providers they will send the claim to? Billing department should submit the claim to as many insurance providers a patient has period. Instead they suggested we send the claim to the insurance ourselves. Anything else you would like us to do? Don't go see Dr. O'Connell unless you want to be doing his staff's work. I asked to speak to someone else in the office but no nobody was available. Dr. O'Connell if you are reading this then you need to train your staff better. You just got a bad review because of your staff's laziness.

I was very nervous and Anxious about the procedure. They all were very friendly, and professional, and reassured me that all is going to be okay and explained what the procedure was going to be like. Making me more at ease. They are great!!!! The procedure went well. My tooth looks amazing.

From the time you walk in the door and are greeted by Linda, to your appointment with Bianca, the Hygienist, or with Dr. O'Connell and his assistant Dina, you are greeted with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism. The dedicated staff are attentive to every detail and cater to your comfort. Dr. O'Connell is extremely knowledgeable, genuine, and committed to providing the best service and care possible and I've never left his office without being completely satisfied and smiling. Dr. Jeff and the whole staff are friendly, welcoming and so helpful! We have a family of 7, they always work so hard to work our whole family into the schedule so we can make one trip! They are kind and supportive with your care, no shame, just honesty and kindness! We are so thankful for their care and highly recommend them for any family!

Best dentist and staff! Dr. O'Connell & his staff make me feel very comfortable and at ease. The office is well appointed, modern and clean. The staff is friendly and professional. My mother just switched to Dr. O'Connell after decades with another dentist and she called to thank me! Best dentist and staff!

My visits to the dentist have changed drastically thanks to Jeff and his team. The thought of visiting a dentist is daunting but at Dr. O'Connell's that is never the case.
