Very friendly and yet professional. Dr. Jeffrey Jaghab is wonderful: he explains everything and is thorough. Very considerate. The facility is spotless and practices safety.

I have been going here since I was a child and they have always provided excellent service in a clean, professional, and friendly environment. I recently had a lumineer break and they fit me in within 15 minutes of calling and it looks brand new! Highly recommend!

Everyone is always very nice and knowledgeable. All their equipment is very up to date. I was given 2 options to fix my dental problem. The dentist suggested I try the least expensive first and if that does not work then we can go to the much more expensive one. I appreciate her trying to save me money instead of them making more money.

First of all, I must say these are very friendly people. My wife found them on-line after our dentist of more than 25 years retired. But after a year or so with Jaghab, all of a sudden they began telling my wife, daughter and me that we needed major dental work, such as redoing old fillings, etc. The worst of it was when I went in for my last six month cleaning there, and they said I would require deep tissue gum cleaning, claiming my gum pockets were 4's and 5's. They placed me in another room where a very polished "salesperson" gave me this long drawn out speech (all pre-planned with printed documents) to inform me, and try to scare me that if I did not have this treatment done, I would most likely lose my teeth. By the way, they informed me this treatment would cost more than $1,000. Thank goodness my wife used to work for a dentist years ago and questioned this diagnosis as a scare tactic. She found us another dentist up North where we will be retiring to this year. So here is the really interesting part. The dentist up North performed a cleaning, took X-Rays and did a gum pocket check for me. Surprise! All my numbers were 1's, 2's and 3's. He said my teeth and gums are in great shape, and obviously did not require any deep cleaning. By, the way, my appointment up North was six months after I last went to Jaghab, and I honestly did not do anything different than I had been doing with respect to dental hygiene. Advice: Be very cautious of any diagnosis performed here, and by all means get a second opinion before you have any major work done; as making money seems to be the driving force in this office. Update: And now it has been three years since my previous review of Jaghab. And no surprise, my teeth and gums have been in excellent condition; no cavities and no deep gum pockets. I have had three different dentists examine my teeth since we moved, and all have had nothing but good news to report. So I guess time did tell the truth. Advice: If you do decide to stay with Jaghab, please be extremely cautious when being informed by their office that you have dental work required before you take their recommendations. The response that Jaghab wrote regarding my original concern was quite frankly a "cover my ass" attempt by them. It was standard B.S. and did not address the specifics of what really happened, nor did they deny what they did to try and scare me and most likely others into major dental work. Yes, it all sounded like the right thing to say when they were called out on their dental scams, but in reality this type of business practice is a detriment to the dental industry. Consumer beware. There are many honest dentists available. Don't settle for one like this.
