Dr. Catherine Haas has been practicing dentistry for over 30 years. She graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1990. She completed a residency of general dentistry at the University of Louisville in 1991. She currently is a member of the Northwest Indiana Dental Society, Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. She has had numerous clinical positions at various dental institutions and private practices. Some of these include past-director of the dental division at Northshore Health Clinic and family practice at Haas Dental Clinic in Munster, Indiana. She is active in continuing education and peer groups. When she is not practicing dentistry, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and husband Dr. Jeff Haas. She also enjoys remodeling her home and gardening.
Dr. Jeffrey Haas has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years. He graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1992. He currently is a member of the Northwest Indiana Dental Society, Indiana Dental Association, and American Dental Association. He has had several clinical positions at various dental institutions and private practices. Some of these include, geriatric dental services at convalescent homes in the northwest Indiana area and dental services at Northshore Health Clinics. Dr. Jeff Haas practiced at Haas Dental Clinic in Munster, Indiana for over 28 years with his mother, father, and wife, Dr. Catherine Haas. When not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, remodeling his home, and playing golf.
Sue has been in the dental field for over 35 years. Not only does she have 25 years of management experience but is also a Certified Dental Assistant and Expanded Function Dental Assistant graduating from Indiana University Northwest. Sue is the first smile you will see when entering our office. Sue loves her daily interaction with patients and the family atmosphere that Haas Dental Center provides. A lifetime resident of Northwest Indiana, Sue enjoys spending time with her husband, children and grandson as well as her dogs. She also enjoys reading, scrapbooking, traveling and designing jewelry.
Graduating from Indiana University Northwest in 1989 Angie has been in practice ever since. One of our most talkative staff members,Angies favorite part about her job is the fun she has interacting with her patients as well as being able to help them achieve better oral health in a more personalized way. Also a lifetime resident of Northwest Indiana, Angie likes to spend time with her husband and children and attend the many sport functions her children are involved in. Angie is also an AVID reader, reading 3-4 books per week!
Cindy graduated from Dental Hygiene school in 1976 from Camden College in Blackwood New Jersey. Cindy enjoys sharing her appreciation of dentistry through patient education and teaching patients how to reach a state of maintaining excellent oral health. Cindy enjoys spending time with her 18 grandchildren and working in her garden.
Graduating from Indiana University Northwest in 2007, Krysten completed her CDA and EFDA certifications. Krysten really enjoys working in the dental field and helping patients through each individual process to achieve a healthy smile. The most precious people in her life are her fiance and their 2 children. They have 2 dogs, 3 cats and a rabbit and are involved in many community activities. They also enjoy riding horses, camping and riding 4 wheelers!
Lesley graduated from Indiana University Northwest in 1994 with a degree in dental hygiene. Lesley enjoys the relationships she has built over the years with her patients and the ability to educate the importance of oral health and how that relates to overall good health! Lesley is a member of the Northwest Indiana Dental Hygiene Study club. But Lesleys full time job is at home with her husband and 5 children. She enjoys her 160 year old home and the various activities in which her children are involved.
