Dr. Harrison is a 1989 graduate of Harvard University School of Dental Medicine with a Certificate in Combined Prosthodontics. He earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1986, where he was a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and received the award for outstanding clinical performance in restorative dentistry. Dr. Harrison did his general practice residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Buffalo, NY. Prior to attending dental school he attended The University of Rhode Island College of Pharmacy, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy in 1982.
Dr. Harrison has over 20 years of teaching and consulting experience. He was an Apex Preceptor for Boston University School of Dentistry from 1999-2009, where he provided valuable instruction to first and second year dental students. Dr. Harrison was an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Fixed and Removable Partial Dentures at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine 1989-1992. He was also a Prosthodontic Consultant at the Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic, 1991-2009.
Dr. Harrison is currently a Co-Host of a Spears Advanced Study Club, which provides an opportunity for dental peers to improve their clinical expertise. He is an active member of many professional organizations, including: American Dental Association, Massachusetts Dental Society, American College of Prosthodontics, Academy of Implant Dentistry and Academy of Osseointergration.
Dr. Harrison is a certified Invisalign provider. Invisalign orthodontic treatment allows you to straighten your teeth without metal braces and help establish the proper occlusion when restoring the dentition. Dr. Harrison is also a certified provider of Botox and Juvederm dermal filler provider.
Dr. Harrison is a dedicated dentist who believes that a patients oral health is an important part of their overall health. He believes in educating his patients in their dental treatment options to provide the best treatment possible.
Dr. Gendel is a 1994 graduate of The State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with a Doctorate in Dental Medicine. She did her general practice residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in Bronx, NY, 1994-1995. Dr. Gendel attended the Rochester Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor Degree of Science in 1990.
Dr. Gendel believes strongly in the value of continuing education, and routinely participates in study clubs, dental meetings and training courses. She is an active member of a Spears Advanced Dental Study Club, the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
My favorite thing about practicing dentistry is when I change someones life by improving their smile; whether it be by cosmetic dentistry, helping them to feel more at ease in the dental chair, or simply teaching them how to better care for their teeth. Art and Science are subjects at which I excelled as a student. Practicing dentistry has been a rewarding way for me to use those skills to benefit my patients.

I actually love coming to the dentist's office now that I've found Dr. Harrison's practice in Wellesley, MA. Without exception, everyone there is welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is so upbeat and caring that I don't feel anxious about even the most intense procedures--and I've had extractions, as well as implants done. I never feel any pain at all, and the staff is extremely attentive to their patients' individual needs. If you're uncomfortable, they make adjustments in their procedures. And all this is done with kindness and good humor. And speaking of humor, there's a lightheartedness in this office, and I frequently find myself enjoying a good laugh with one of the staff members, including Dr. Harrison himself. And I have to give a shout-out to Bruno, one of Dr. Harrison's techs. His gentle chairside manner and fun personality make each visit a pleasure. I cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough! I feel so fortunate to have landed here!
