Dr. Wallace graduated from the University of Tennesee in Knoxville with honors in 1982. He then attended the University of Tennessee Center for the Health Sciences in Memphis where he graduated with a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1986. He has maintained a private practice and lived in the Seymour community for the past 22 years.
Dr. Wallace has always been dedicated to excellence and cutting edge dentistry. He spends a great deal of time each year in continuing education in order to provide his patients with the latest dental techniques. He is nationally recognized for his knowledge and abilities with Cerec technology.
Dr. Wallace recently graduated from the Midwest Implant Institute, and has completed training at the Zimmer Implant Institute. This training involved the surgical placement and restoration of dental implants.

Our practicemanagerisPatty. She has 23 years of dental experience as a certified/registered dental assistant and practice manager. She will be happy to answer all of your questions, and assist you in the financial aspect of your dental treatment. In her down time Patty enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and 2 sons
Our office coordinator is Amy. She has 10 years of dental front office experience. She also handles dental insurance for our office. In her down time she enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and three children.
Lona, Jennifer and Nichole are our dental hygienists. They are thoroughly trained in all aspects of preventive dentistry, including cleanings, flouride treatments, X-rays, sealants, and periodontal maintenance.
Our assistants Kathleen and Karen's caring attitudes and excellent clinical skills are a great asset to our practice. All of our assistants are trained in general dentistry, digital x-rays, and implant dentistry.

Dr. Wallace and his staff were so kind and fit me in, even as a new patient, the next day after I called with a horrible toothache. I was in so much pain, I really didn't care what dental office could fit me in, but I'm so glad I ended up at Dr. Wallace's office! I honestly hate going to the dentist, but they treated me with kindness and respect and made the experience very nice. I would highly recommend them!
