Dr. Caldwell began practicing in East Liverpool in 1998. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1996, served his residency in general dentistry at Forum Dental Health System in Youngstown, OH. He holds both National and Northeastern Board certification.Dr. Caldwell is a member of the American Dental Association, the Ohio Dental Association, Corydon Palmer Dental Society and numerous other local and national professional organizations. He is also an active member of the dental department of East Liverpool City Hospital.With our knowledge and experience, we will help you maintain good oral health and keep you smiling by providing professional and convenient dentistry in a comfortable, caring and friendly environment.
Brenda graduated from Dental Careers Foundation in 1997 for dental assisting. Licenses she has obtained since then: State of Ohio Radiographer license in 2000.Certified Dental Assisting from DANB, 2008, State of Ohio Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary, 2010, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary 2013. She has been employed with Dr. Caldwell since 2012. In her spare time away from the office, Brenda enjoys spending time with her family, friends and lounging in her pool.
Erin attended Jefferson Community College for dental assisting in 2007, and continued her education to receive an associates degree in applied science in 2008. In 2014, she went back to school at Eastern Gateway Community College where she graduated with an Expanded Function Dental Auxiliary certificate and later on to receive her State of Ohio EFDA license. She has been employed at Dr. Caldwells since 2008. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her dog Doger.
Jeri graduated from The Median School Of Allied Health Careers - 1998 for Dental Assisting, continued my education to receive my CDA certificate - 2000. I have also received my Sealant and Coronal polishing certificates - 2018 . I enjoy the dental patients and all the new and developing things in the dental field. On my off time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.
Sierra graduated from West Liberty University with a Bachelors degree in Dental Hygiene in 2017. She started working with Dr. Caldwell in 2020. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs Simba and Pumba.
Denise graduated from the Ohio Valley Business College with an associate degree in dental assisting in 1998. She holds a current Dental Radiographers license from the Ohio State Dental Board and has been with Dr. Caldwells office since 1998.

Staff here is very caring. I had huge anxiety due to past experiences at a different facility. I had a completely pain free procedure for the first time in many years. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new dental office.

Wonderful staff. Always willing to go above and beyond! Dr. Caldwell went above and beyond to fit my daughter in after an injury to her face left her in pain. He got her in even though it was outside of office hours and was able to alleviate some of the pain.

The dentist was very gentle with me, but the assistant that did my fillings was a little rough . Other than that the experience was good.

I'm beyond happy with the service, staff, bedside manners and overall experience at Dr. Caldwell's office. From pulling a tooth to treating a dry socket, they were empathetic and very honest and informative in what I was to expect. Accommodating to my needs and just very professional. My 13 yo daughter is also a happy patient.
