'Dr. Jean' has been a practicing restorative dentist for over 30 years. She is a graduate of Merrimack College and Boston University School of Dental Medicine. She has completed over 1,200 hours of continuing education courses on a variety of subjects from infection control to full mouth restoration with implants. She is certified for the administration of Botox and dermal fillers. She is also certified in the use of dental lasers and licensed for nitrous oxide sedation. A former pre-clinical and clinical instructor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Beninato hails from a family of dentists. A life-long resident of the Merrimack Valley area, she has lived in Haverhill since 1988.
Brenda started her career as a Dental Assistant in 1998. That decision has really changed her life for the better. All these many years later, when she goes to work, its not really work. Brenda truly enjoys every aspect of dentistry, but most of all its the patients whom she has come to know so well that are the highlight of the profession; they are her family. Brenda has been a team member at Dr. Beninato 's since 2007. 'We have all been through many challenges together over the years, most recently COVID. 'I wouldnt change a thing.'
Sandy has been with Dr. Beninato since 2002. Before joining the staff, she was employed at Lucent Technologies in North Andover for 24 years. It was a new experience for her; moving from electronics to healthcare.Sandy has really enjoyed all of the patients she has worked with at Dr. Jean's office. It has been especially rewarding watching the children (and now the grandchildren!) of our long-standing patients growing up and now starting adult lives of their own.
We offer a wide variety of treatments from cleanings and fillings to implants, crowns, bridges and dentures. We also provide a full selection of cosmetic dental treatment: veneers, bonding and bleaching. Additionally, we are fully certified for aesthetic treatments with Botox and dermal fillers.We are also licensed for procedural sedation with Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas).
Treatment costs vary greatly. Consider a filling...a tooth has 5 sides (surfaces). Technically, there can be 5 cavities in one tooth! A single surface filling is inexpensive when compared to one that is 3 or 4 surfaces. For other dental conditions, there are many different forms of treatment available that can range from the inexpensive, to the 'gold standard' and many other choices in-between. We present alloptions for treatment and you decide which plan is the best fit for you.
We currently take Visa, Mastercard, checks, and cash. We accept many insurance plans and we still offer insurance balance billing (that means we wait for the insurance company to pay your claim). We do require that all co-pays be paid at the time of treatment. Comprehensive care will have specific financial arrangements made prior to starting the treatment.
