Before graduating from Washington University School of Dental Medicine in St. Louis he spent many summers working in his fathers dental laboratory which has helped shape his views on dentistry and what it takes to provide excellent care. He continues to take courses to sharpen his knowledge and skills ensuring lasting health solutions for you and your family.

Dr. Wygodny truly has a special gift for helping his patients feel at ease. His kind and warm demeanor and excellent chairside manner full of friendly conversation makes for a comfortable and enjoyable dental experience. During every procedure, he is focused on your comfort and works hard to make sure you are completely at ease. You have his full attention and can trust him to always work with a gentle touch.

Sherri is our Dental Hygienist. She graduated from the College of Lake County in 2009 with an Associates Degree in Applied Science. She was the president of her class and was also the 2008 recipient of Illinois Dental Hygiene Scholar Award. Sherri has worked in the dental field for 17 years and as a Registered Dental Hygienist for 4 years. Sherri is active in continuing education and truly loves what she does. She has lived in the Lake Villa area for the past 20 years and has enjoyed raising her two sons here. She loves baking, gardening, family dinners and movie nights. Sherri and her family recently found an interest in bass fishing. She is hoping to buy a bass boat one of these days, so dont be surprised if you spot her looking at used boats for sale around town or at Outdoor World daydreaming!

I have been practicing dental hygiene for over 13 years. Most of my career I have specialized in periodontics or gum disease and since summer of 2018 I was lucky enough to join Dr. Wygodny's team! I prefer to have fun at work, make patients feel at ease and help ensure a pleasant dental experience. I also spend a lot of time at the local ice rinks since my 13 year old son is an avid hockey player. Go Patriots! I enjoy the outdoors, traveling and trying new things. My Fiance and I are Greek, so we like to cook and eat. Opa! As a certified yoga instructor, I also enjoy practicing and teaching yoga! Hope to see you soon! Namaste.

Christie joined us recently and has been a great addition! She is a quick learner, has a soft touch as a dental assistant and is a team player helping throughout the office. We are so happy she's part of our office. Christie grew up in the area, is married and has twin kindergartners. In her spare time Christie enjoys quilting and being a mom.

Heni joined our practice after being a patient! She greets our patients with an exuberance and friendliness that is unsurpassed! She is the voice that you will often hear when you call and handles scheduling, insurance and any questions you may have about our practice with expertise. Heni lives in the area with her husband, four children and enjoys motorcycling and walking with her dogs Izzy and Lou.
