Dr. Jason A. Wetmore was born and raised on Merritt Island, and attended Merritt Island High School. He then matriculated to the University of Miami on an academic scholarship, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science. While at the University of Miami, Dr. Wetmore was initiated into the Phi Beta Kappa and Alpha Lambda Delta honor societies.
Dr. Jason received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine (D.M.D) degree from Nova Southeastern University, where he was one of the top ten students in his class of 128. He was also the only student in his class concurrently accepted to three honors courses in Periodontics, Prosthodontics, and Endodontics. These honors courses allowed Dr. Jason to gain additional experience with implantology, periodontal surgery, full mouth oral rehabilitation, and advanced endodontic techniques.
Continuing and advanced education is very important to Dr. Jason who began attending courses and international conferences while still in dental school. In 2010 Doctor Jason received a certification in Wilckodontics or Accelerated Osteogenic Orthodontics, as well as, completed advanced training on other topics including implantology and endodontics. Since 2010, Dr Jason as completed over 600 hours in advanced training on topics from Dental implants to sedation. From March 2013 to March 2014, Dr. Jason worked with the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the Medical College of Georgia, providing conscious sedation and outpatient deep sedation services for patients undergoing Wisdom Teeth Removal, Dental Implants, and Oral and Facial Surgery. This sedation training vastly exceeded the requirements by the state of Florida to obtain an IV conscious sedation permit.
Dr. Jason is passionate about complex oral rehabilitations, Dental Implants, and Sedation Dentistry. This clown took $9,099 from me leaving me with no bottom teeth 7 months later then his staff made up a bunch of lies about me being verbally abusive and threatening them He then dropped me as a patient Every single review that is positive is either a cleaning review or it's made by one of his friends I now have to spend another $3,500 on top of the $9,000 that Jason took from me at another establishment to fix what he could not do in the first place when he gave me his word as a man which means absolutely nothing now Dr Jason you are a coward

All of the doctors and staff at OceanBreeze are absolutely amazing. For someone who struggled so much in the past with even stepping foot in an office, they made me feel as comfortable as possible. The ladies in the front knew how to comfort you and answer any and all questions. And the doctors in the back, were so helpful with any concerns or fears. Dr.Jason spoke with me the day before my surgery and calmed all nerves to the best of his ability, and the mixture of pill-form and IV sedation helped me get all of my work done in one day, not to mention that I don't remember any of it. Amazing! Would recommend to anyone and everyone around!

Thank you so much Dr. Jason, I love my dental implants and my new smile. You and Amanda have always been there for me, even when I have been a difficult patient over the last few years. Thank you for helping guide me in the right direction, I am so glad I listened to your recommendations, and I couldn't be happier in the final result. My only regret is that I didn't get the implants to replace my loose dentures sooner.

Really appreciate the help Dr. Jason provided this winter when he saw my deckhand late at night when we got in from a fishing trip. I had Been to the office before and knew they saw emergency walk-ins, but didn't expect to get in until the next morning. when I called The dentist picked up the phone and after I told him how bad my buddy was hurting, he agreed to meet us back at the office later that night. I was just in for a cleaning earlier today and it was also great. Katie at the front desk and linnane who cleans my teeth are both very nice. I wouldn't say I look forward to going to the dentist, but they sure make it a lot better than what I remember from when I was a kid.

I had Been to the office before and knew they saw emergency walk-ins, but didn't expect to get in until the next morning. when I called The dentist picked up the phone and after I told him how bad my buddy was hurting, he agreed to meet us back at the office later that night. I'm 63 years of age. The purpose of my appointment with Dr. Jason was to repair work done elsewhere. Dr. Jason repaired those teeth, then decided to do some additional unplanned work. Four hours later, I walked out of the office. An hour after that, I recaptured a smile that hadn't been seen in years, having been embarrassed by the way my teeth looked before. To top it off, the procedure was painless. Serge, his assistant, stayed in tune with Dr. Jason the whole time and made me as comfortable as was possible. I am one happy camper.
