Dr. Jason J. Augustine has been practicing Periodontics and Implant Dentistry in Phoenix since 2000. He earned his Doctorate in Dentistry and Masters in Periodontal Surgery from The Ohio State University. Dr. Augustine performs a wide range of non-surgical, laser assisted and surgical treatments for the management of Gum Disease. He also has extensive training in Cosmetic Gum Procedures and Surgical Implant Dentistry. As a leader in these areas, he lectures regularly on these topics and holds a position on several scientific advisory boards. Dr. Augustine maintains an active membership in numerous dental organizations, including the American Academy of Periodontology. He held a position as an Associate Professor at Midwestern College of Dental Medicine from 2007-2011. In his state of the art periodontal office in North Phoenix, Dr. Augustine practices the most current advances in his field.
Nichole works directly with our patients and insurance companies to ensure that all appropriate insurance payments are made for services provided by our office. Nichole has been a full-time staff member at Jason J. Augustine D.D.S., M.S., P.C. since 2005.
Sonia has been a team member at Jason J. Augustine D.D.S., M.S., P.C. since 2006. She is a certified dental assistant and is the Treatment Coordinator for the practice. She ensures that patients fully understand their treatment options as well as payment options for their treatment plan. As a bilingual team member, she is vital to patient communications.
Shea is the office manager at Jason J. Augustine D.D.S., M.S., P.C. Shea has been a part of the practice since it opened in 2002. She handles the day to day operations in addition to accounts payable and marketing for the practice.
Brittany has been a dental hygienist with Jason J. Augustine D.D.S., M.S., P.C. since 2013. Brittany is a native to Arizona and attended hygiene school in Oregon. She played softball throughout hygiene school and it continues to be one of her biggest passions. She enjoys seeing the happiness in her patients after completing treatment and helping them back to optimal periodontal health.
Diana is a certified dental assistant that joined the practice in 2020. As a go-getter, she prides herself on hard work and accomplishing what she sets her mind to do. She is a welcome addition to our busy practice.
Angelica became a certified dental assistant in May of 2021. She immediately joined our office and is enthusiastic to continue learning in such a busy practice. Angelica also helps the office run smoothly by serving as a personal assistant to Dr. Augustine. Angelica loves God, people and being able to assist each patient with their individual needs.

Dr. Augustine is a master of his craft! Hands down, the best dr I've been to for a dental procedure. I had to have TADs done for my braces, and although this is a pretty scary process, he was always incredibly nice and comforting. I make known my fear of needles at each appointment, and he is always reassuring and very fast with the injections (which I appreciate!) If you ever need specialized work done, this is the place to go. A million thank yous, Dr. Augustine!!

Dr Jason Augustine and his staff are amazing. My experience with having implants done by Dr Augustine was the best dental experience I have ever had. He explains the process as he progresses which for me was comforting. Everyone on his team are warm and friendly and I recommend them to all my friends and family.

When I came to Dr Augustine I had advanced gingivitis. Through The Years dealing with other dentists my anxiety about going to see a dentist was on the next level. Dr Augustine and his staff always made me comfortable and concern with my general anxiety. Been in the business world and customer service for over 32 years. I have to say this was the best service I've had by far in a long time. I would highly recommend Dr. Augustine.

Dr. Augustine and his friendly staff have my upmost respect for how they treat their patients!! They are the best!! I had a large infection, above a 20 year old root canal, that didn't allow me to feel pain until it was at the critical stage. They got me into the office, took out the tooth, and took the extra time that was necessary to make sure they properly drained the area. Can't tell you how great I feel and how comforting it is to know they'll take every precaution needed to do the job correctly!! Can't thank you enough!!!

Dr. Augustine is an absolute dream to work with. He just put 2 implants in my 18 year old daughters mouth. She had a smaller space than most and he was able to put the titanium rods in without issue. Her procedure went very smoothly. Thank you to the entire team!!

My Husband had appointment for consultation for implants- They would not see him unless he gave his Social Security number. With all the fraud these days why do they need it if your paying cash or credit card up front. Must want to check your credit to see how much you can afford!! Sad...

I highly recommend Dr. Augustine he's one of the best periodontist, very respectful, kind, and honest man. Everyone that works there are so friendly. I got my implant there two months ago and I'm very satisfied with dr. Augustine and his team's work. Overall they did a fantastic job on my implant journey and this was one of my best experience ever.

I was referred to Dr. Augustine by a member of my family because I did not feel comfortable with the periodontist I was referred to by my general dentist. I immediately felt more comfortable and more at ease in his care. Don't get me wrong, absolutely nothing against the other provider, I'm sure they are great but I trusted my gut and am glad I did. I drove an hour accross Phoenix to see Dr. Augustine and his staff. All of them made me feel at ease, comfortable with what needed to be done and I will gladly trust my care to them for any future needs! His professionalism, "chair side manner," attention to my needs and attention to my comfort was refreshing and very appreciated during the whole process. Thank you Dr. Augustine and of course your kind and professional staff as well!
