Dr. Pellegrino graduated from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in the year 2000. Prior to studying at dental school, he attended the University of Scranton. Dr. Pellegrino also completed a general practice residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in 2001. He bought a practice in 2001 in Allentown and relocated to the current location in Wescosville in 2005.
Dr. Pellegrino takes an active part in organized dentistry. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Lehigh Valley Dental Society. He currently serves as President for the 2021-2022 term, and has served twice before as President in 2009 and 2016.He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Valley Forge Dental Association in 2010-2011 and is serving again currently. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association as well.
Dr. Pellegrino is also on the medical staff at Lehigh Valley Hospital where he did his own residency. He has served as an attending dentist in the Dental Department since 2002. As an attending dentist, he volunteers his time monthly to teach the dental residents. In 2021, he was appointed Chief of General Dentistry for the residency program.
Dr. Pellegrino lives in Bethlehem with his wife Sue and their dog Brody. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Pellegrino enjoys travel, running and fitness, and sampling new restaurants around the Lehigh Valley.
I have been in the dental field for over twenty years, and I have been working for Dr. Pellegrino since he started his practice. I enjoy my job very much and feel that having a great team is what makes our office so awesome. Its been a pleasure working with all of our wonderful patients and I look forward to meeting new ones. Outside of the office I enjoy spending time with my daughter Brittni and my dog Riley.
I have been a hygienist since 1996 and part of Dr. Pellegrino's great team since 2003. I enjoy helping patients to improve their oral health through education and treatment. In my spare time I love spending time with my husband Joe, daughter Jaclyn, family and 2 rescue cats Ash and Hickory.

I started my dental hygiene career in 2012 and feel so lucky to have found such a great office and amazing staff to work with. I love meeting new people. Getting to know my patients is what makes me look forward to coming to work. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband Ron and our children, Ava and Lucas.
I have been working in the Lehigh Valley as a dental hygienist for over 30 years. I feel so fortunate to have found such a wonderful dentist and staff to work with. As a hygienist I try to treat each patient as a family member and try to educate them to make the best decision about their oral health.
Originally from N.Y.C., I love the L.V. area. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my daughter and son (both married), and my friends. I love to travel and am an avid walker. I also enjoy yoga. Love my ice cream!
I have been a dental assistant since 1995. My favorite parts of the job are providing patients with the care and comfort they deserve, as well as helping patients overcome their dental fears. Outside the office, I enjoy boxing, home improvement projects and Phantoms hockey games. I live in Macungie with my husband Brad and 2 cats, Bob and Star.

Ive been a Lehigh Valley resident since 1996 and think its a neat community that has welcomed me since day one. I've been a dental assistant for 26 years. I proceeded with the dental profession because I enjoyed working with people and wanted to help patients feel more comfortable when they come into the office. I have been married 21 years to my husband Michael who is a Golf Course Superintendant, and we have three cats. We spend our down time at the Chesapeake on our boat.

My visit at Dr. PELLEGRINO's office was nothing short of excellent. Dr. PELLEGRINO, AJ at the front desk, and Wanda are professional, polite, prompt, and listen to your needs. They explain everything they are going to do and what it will feel like. Plus, they have good humor which makes you feel more relaxed. I would highly recommend Dr. PELLEGRINO's Dental Office. Dr Pellegrino and the entire staff are awesome. From when you walk in AJ greets you with a smile and the staff is literally ready to take you back into an exam room very very close to the time if not a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. He has, in my opinion the most advanced equipment...in the 15 years I've been going the chairs have changed the x-ray equipment has changed and the office has been renovated to keep up with the times. Dr. Pellegrino personally called me after my six month checkup and x-rays to say he found an issue with a bridge he installed months before. He scheduled an appointment to replace my bridge at no additional cost. Happy to say all done! Would highly recommend him and his friendly staff. Most current and impressive equipment and knowledge.

I highly recommend Dr. Pellegrino, my husband, my kids and I have been coming to his office for about 10 years and I can only say good things about him and his staff. Every one in the office is friendly, professional and treat you as a family. Dr. Pellegrino is very knowledgeable and honest, he won't recommend anything that you don't need. The best place in the Lehigh Valley!
