Jamiecompleted her undergraduate studies at the University of Albany, with a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and a minor in Biology. She attended the University of Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, where she graduated Magna cum Laude with a minor in Pediatric Dentistry. She then completed a General Practice Residency at Ellis Medicineand gained proficiency in all areas of general dentistry.
Following her residency, Jamiewas honored to be accepted to a prestigious Fellowship in Dental Oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering. She treated a wide variety of cancer patients, helpingthem through treatment and post treatment care.
She has worked in many capacities including several years as the Director of Dental Medicine at Wyckoff Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. She has seen many dental situations and is dedicated to providing patients with a safe and welcoming experience at the dentist.
Jamie is a member of the American Dental Association, theNew York State Dental Association and the Fourth District Dental Society.She also participates in various continuing education courses and attends lectures throughout the year.
Originally fromVoorheesville, New York,Jamie loved the smalltown atmosphere andhas captured that feelingagain in Glens Falls. Jamie looks forward to raising herchildren andbeing part of the local community for years to come.
Andrea grew up in Queensbury, the youngest of eight children. After high school at St. Mary's Academy in Glens Falls, she attended Hudson Valley Community College to earn an A.A.S. Degree and become a Dental Hygienist. In addition to working as a hygienist, she has homeschooled her four children. Andrea worked with Dr. Garrett for 21 years and is very pleased to continue with Dr. Cohn. When she is out of the office, Andrea enjoys sewing baby blankets, photography, playing tennis, reading her Bible, hiking and of course spending time with her kids.
Bobbi is an upstate NY native who graduated cum laude from Hudson Valley Community College earning a AAS in Dental Hygiene and certification in the administration of local anesthetics. Bobbi has experience in both pediatric and general dentistry. What she enjoys most about her career in dentistry is providing a patient centered approach in meeting oral health goals. She prides herself on the importance of patient education and a gentle approach. In her free time she enjoys cooking, interior design, listening to music, spending time with her loved ones and summers on Lake George.
Kristina joined the team in 2008. She received her Associate in Applied Science at SUNY Adirondack and went on to get her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene from HVCC. Kristina prides herself in forming long lasting relationships with her patients. Kristina and her husband John welcomed a healthy baby girl, Ellie, into their family in December 2019. In her free time she enjoys crossfit, baking and frequent trips to Rye, New Hampshire.
Erin is a dedicated dental assistant with years of experience in pediatrics, as well as general dentistry. On top of her hard work and bubbly presence at Upstate Family Dental, she is studying through Hudson Valley Community College to complete her licensing and become a registered DA through NYS. Erin is a Glens Falls local where she resides with her two daughters and her rescue dog Lincoln. In her free time, Erin enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
Annette is the friendly face at the front desk who loves to interact with patients. Her experience, training and dedication to customer service ensure every patient feels comfortable during every dental visit. Annette was born in California and has lived in Hudson Falls most of her life. Outside of work, Annette spends her time traveling and watching her daughter Alexys play on a year round travel softball team.
