Dr. Jim Mills is a Tuscaloosa native. He is a 1973 graduate of Tuscaloosa Academy and a 1977 graduate of the University of Alabama where he studied Biology, English and Classical Heritage. He graduated with his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1981 and completed his postdoctoral Endodontic Residency at the Veterans Medical Center and UAB in 1983.

He began private practice in Tuscaloosa in August, 1983. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Alabama Dental Association past president of the 6th District Dental Society past president of the Alabama Association of Endodontists and a member of the Southern Endodontic Study Club.

Jim is a lifelong member of the First United Methodist Church of Tuscaloosa and the Covenant Sunday School Class. He is an active board member of the Boys and Girls Clubs of West Alabama. He and Annette frequently lead medical and dental missions to Honduras, working with the Hands of Christ Ministry. When not at the office he enjoys racquetball, duck and quail hunting, turkey hunting with his wife, enjoying his grandchildrens various activities and University of Alabama Athletics ! Roll Tide !!

Dr. Andrew Graves is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. He performed his undergraduate studies at Boston University before attending dental school at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry. He was awarded his Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1994. In 1997, he received certificates of residency from both the VA Hospital and UAB School of Dentistry. Dr. Graves has also served as a full time faculty member at UAB dental school.

After 6 years of solo practice in Florida, Dr. Graves returned to his home state of Alabama; he joined Dr. James Mills in 2003, forming Endodontic Partners of West Alabama. He is a member of various professional organizations and serves in leadership positions. He has active membership in the American Dental Association, the Alabama Dental Association, the Endodontic Association of Alabama and the Sixth District Dental Society. Dr. Graves is also a founding patron and supporter of the humanitarian Good Samaritan Dental Clinic. Dr. Graves practice philosophy emphasizes treating people as he would want to be treated: providing state-of-the-art care, conservative treatment, honest and engaging communication, and a gentle chairside manner.

When Dr. Graves is not serving the people of Tuscaloosa in clinical practice, he enjoys spending time with his dear wife and their children. He also enjoys reading, playing classical guitar, and participating in outdoor activities. Dr. Graves and his family live by faith and are active members in their church.

Michelle has lived all her life in Tuscaloosa and has worked with Dr. Mills and Endodontic Partnerssince1993. For 12 years she assisted directly in patient care as a chair side assistant. Currently she is the Practice Coordinator. Her responsibilities include maintaining productive schedules for the doctors, verifying and reviewing insurance benefits, and coordinating financial arrangements for patients. She works with and along side all of the dental team members to promote a harmonious work environment and strives to interact with patients in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.

She has been happily married to her wonderful husband Chris since 1993. They have two children, Taylor and Ashleigh. They all enjoy the outdoors and stay active hiking, camping, biking, kayaking and riding motorcycles.

Donna was born in Pell City and raised in Maine, but has been a Tuscaloosa resident since 2001. She started workingin the dental industry when she came to Tuscaloosaand has been a procedural assistant with Endodontic Associates since 2006. She is our in-house computer tech. She has done mission work with Dr. Mills in Honduras. She says that she enjoys her interaction with patients and coworkers and intends to make dental care her lifelong profession.

She has been married to her husband Jimmy since 2006 and they have three children: Brandon, Kelsie and Breanna. They really enjoy Crimson Tide football. Donna loves attending the childrens activities, swimming and movies, but especially enjoys building and refinishing furniture in her spare time. They attend church as a family at The Church of Tuscaloosa.

Ashleigh was born & raised here in Tuscaloosa and graduated from Hillcrest High School in 2016. After taking classes at Shelton State Community College, she started working in the dental industry, following in her moms footsteps. She started working at Endodontic Associates of West Alabama in 2019 and has been trained by Dr. Mills as a chairside assistant.

When not working, Ashleigh enjoys spending time outdoors and around her pets. She has three dogs, two of which are Siberian Huskies. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on spontaneous road trips to make new memories.

Tonya is a Tuscaloosa native and joined Endodontic Associates in 2003 at the front desk as receptionist. She is now the Office Manager and happy to be part of such wonderful dental team. Tonya takes great pride in making sure that each patient is treated in a courteous and professional manner and is always available to help with any concerns that our patients may have about their treatment.

She is the mother of two children, Anthony and Mallory. She loves the outdoors and spending time with her family. She has a reputation as a great cook and also enjoys trips to the Gulf Coast and New Orleans.

Hannah, a native of Centreville, Alabama, graduated from Bibb County High School in 2007. She attended Jefferson State Community College receiving a certificate in Dental Assisting in 2009. She began working at Endodontic Partners of West Alabama in 2010, where she was trained under Dr. James Mills and Dr. Andrew Graves. She has assisted chairside with Dr. Graves for a decade. Before becoming a dental assistant, Hannah studied classical ballet for eighteen years here in Tuscaloosa. Hannah is married to her husband Joshua; and they have one child: their dog, Ruby Jean. When she is not working, Hannah enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family. She is committed to the health and wellbeing of her patients and plans to continue assisting with Dr. Graves for many years to come.

Kellie was born and raised here in Tuscaloosa. While still a senior in high school, she was trained by Dr. Graves as a chairside assistant. Kellie has been an assistant with Dr. Graves for over a decade, and enjoys meeting and taking care of all of our patients from hometown Tuscaloosa and the surrounding areas.She loves to keep the atmosphere light and comfortable during what most people feel is a scary procedure. Her greatest feeling of accomplishment is when patients thank her and Dr. Graves for the wonderful experience as they leave the office with smiles on their faces.

When she is not working, Kellie is spending time with her three sons; being a boy mom is a huge blessing of her life! Kellie also enjoys spending time fishing, and exploring the great outdoors. In her spare time she also grooms dogs out of her love for animals and people.
