My mission is to provide the families of South County with quality, comprehensive and compassionate dental care. I believe this starts by focusing on educating my patients on preventative care and offering wide a range of treatment options.
Dr. James Fetsch is a native of St. Louis. He graduated from Pattonville High School and went on to the University of Missouri for his undergraduate degree. He earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine.
He has also devoted his time in the community by providing access to dental care for others through International Dental Mission trips to Honduras and volunteering for Free Dental Clinic service days through the years.
Dr. Fetsch, his wife Jennifer and their sons Ryan and Jake enjoy living in the St. Louis area. They can often be found outdoors exploring the areas hiking and biking trails and visiting favorite local restaurants. They also enjoy exploring the South Carolina coast by kayaking, surfing and fishing.
