A had a crown put in January 2017 and then moved to a different area and state. I obviously had to see a different dentist for my dental needs. My crown fell out of my mouth because a hole was put in it, and me not being a dentist had no idea why. The dentist who I currently see said that he has never seen anything like it and these crowns are so strong to break it or put a hole in it was very hard. My dentist put the crown back in temporarily and I went back to this office and asked for them to either compensate me and or make another crown, seeing this was only three years old, and the response I received from the dentist office was very unprofessional and I was told i was quite bold for my request and to continue with my dental treatment elsewhere....No worries already have :)

So disappointed with my last experience here. The receptionist had the worst customer service I've seen in a long time and come to find out they are extremley expensive compared to other local Dentists!!! I have been a loyal paying customer for 25+ years and after speaking with a receptionist at the office recently I was so turned off that I will be moving my whole family elsewhere. She was rude and insulting when I was asking genuine questions regarding a billing discrepancy. I had no idea they were so expensive till I was pushed to compare prices to other places. The receptionists have always been pleasant to deal with when you shut up and pay your bill no questions asked however if you ever do have a question or concern that is where it will all take a turn for the worse. NOTE: The receptionist made a comment that they charge even more money (est. $30 more) to people that have no dental insurance coverage. I was unaware of that since I have always had dental coverage but I thought this should be known in case it could help someone else save some money. Just seemed very unfair.
