Dentistry gives me the unique ability to care for people in need. Having compassion and reverence for my patients is always my first priority. I believe that having an honest, trustworthy approach builds bonds that can last forever. I love creating healthy smiles, dont get me wrong, but its the relationships that make the biggest difference for me.
A large part of my passion for dentistry comes from educating my patients in an easy-to-understand manner. I feel that having a common-sense approach makes my patients feel comfortable and helps them truly understand their oral health needs. So many of our patients havent been to a dentist for years, and we understand that it can be scary and confusing. I know thats where our offices commitment to patient comfort makes a huge difference.
It has been an honor to be in practice for almost 24 years. I earned my undergraduate degree in biochemistry at the University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Nebraska Dental School.
Everything is improving in the dental world; being the best provider for my patients takes time and education. Since completing my formal studies, I have continued my education on a broad spectrum of surgical, endodontic, periodontal, aesthetic, and prosthodontic topics. Updating my knowledge on current changes in dental health procedures allows me to transfer those skills into my daily practice. Newer skills provide better results, convenience, and comfort for our patients!
I reside in Eaton with my two beautiful 14-year-old twin girls and a wandering cat, Stormy, who is six. I enjoy running, drumming, skiing, golf, cooking, football (of course, because Im from Nebraska).
I am passionate about my relationship with God, my church, and my community. Im involved with Sertoma Club, which is a local volunteer group that serves those with hearing loss in the Eaton community. I support Food for the Hungry along with other church activities, and facilitate grade school dental education through my office. Serving the community is a gratifying part of being a professional, and a true blessing.

I have been a member of the Kennedy Dental team since 2004 and have more than 30 years of experience working alongside dentists to provide optimal quality care. My most important duty, however, is making sure our patients feel safe and comfortable. I hope everyone who comes to our office leaves with a better understanding of their oral health and is excited to come back!
I started working at Kennedy Dental as a dental assistant, cleaning rooms and setting them up, and I slowly started to learn the administrative side of a dental office. Now, I am our patients liaison with insurance companies and their first line of communication in our office. I love the social part of my job being able to see people every day.
I graduated from Eaton High School and I am currently working on finishing my pre-requisites so I can apply to a dental hygiene program. I live in Ault with my puppy Blue and my sweet boyfriend, and love spending time with family and friends. My mom has been in the dental field for years, which is what really sparked my interest and love for dentistry. She has always been my role model!
I take care of a variety of things in our office, from making sure Dr. Kennedy has what he needs for a procedure to sterilization and administration. Of course, the most important thing to care for is our family of patients! I appreciate the trust theyve placed in us to always do whats best of them. I also love being a team player for my awesome coworkers!
Ive been in the dental field for four years, having earned my AAS in Dental Hygiene in 2017. Prior to dentistry, I was a cosmetologist for ten years. Working with people to improve their lives has always been a passion of mine. I love that dentistry allows me to help people feel great about their health, as well as how their smile looks!
When Im not at work, I love to read, hike, garden, and refinish furniture. My husband and I, married for ten years, are both from Eaton. We have two cats and a dog. We love to travel, BBQ, and hang out with family and friends.
I earned my Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2009, so while I may be new to this team, I have years of experience helping patients improve and maintain their oral health through education and the best clinical practices. I am proud to work with such a talented, caring, and straightforward team. We always put our patients best interest first!
I grew up in Texas but immediately fell in love with Colorado. I enjoy spending time in the mountains and plains, camping, traveling to other countries, eating new foods, and reading. I enjoy spending time with my husband and son, two dogs, and two sweet pet rats! I love the small-town community of our Northern Colorado area and I am proud to be able to live and work here!

Let's face it ... avoiding the dental chair is easy. However, Dr. Kennedy and his amazing staff make sitting in that chair the most comfortable expierence it can be. I appreciate the casual feeling and relaxed pace of the clinic. Even in my anxiousness there is a calm movement through any procedure I have needed. Thank you all for really loving what you do!

I just saw Dr. Kennedy earlier today. I have major neglect issues with my teeth do to deployments. After a front tooth broke and I looked absolutely ridiculous I knew I needed a dentist fast. I called Dr Kennedy's practice so to location and will continue to go there forever. The best experience I could ever expect. I got set up for a plan and my broken tooth was fixed same day. Thank you Dr Kennedy and team!

We have been loyal to Dr Kennedy for years. He is an honest dentist, which is hard to find. But then he had changes in the front office staff and everything went down hill and FAST!! Upon having a reaction to medication, I was advised that I need some oxygen. As I left, I asked the front desk to please be sure and bill this as oxygen. So you can only imagine my shock when I got a bill for nitrous oxide!! (A drug that I never consented to!) Not only $65 for that but an addition $25 for the plastic tube to give it to me!!! Of course, my insurance did not pay for this and now I am left holding the bill because of their billing. Upon asking for it to be re-billed based on the suggestion of the insurance company, we were greeted with an attitude that drove us right out the front door!!

As an orthodontist, I get to interact with Dr. Kennedy because of our mutual patients. I can confidently say that our mutual patients absolutely adore Dr. Kennedy and his staff and I have not met a more passionate person in dentistry. He is such a truly giving and caring individual and I felt blessed to join him and his team on a dental mission trip to Guatemala last year. The experience was life changing as we served the children in the community. I called and left a message on sunday because my front tooth broke. I looked like a total hillbilly. As a businessman I knew I had to be fixed up asap. Dr Kennedy and his staff had me fixed up with a new tooth by tuesday. Dr. Kennedy did an amazing job!!!! My smile looks better than ever. Thanks to him and his amazing technology I can get back to looking normal. He has been my dentist for years and he is the best dentist that I have ever been to. His staff even remembers my name. Big city knowledge and technology with a small town feel. Thanks to Dr. Kennedy and his amazing staff!!!!!!!!
