James R. Fleenor III, DMD is a lifelong resident of the southeast. He grew up in Georgia and Kentucky, earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Kentucky (2005), and earned his doctorate from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry (2009). Afterwards, he completed a General Practice Residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.

Dr. Fleenor has 10 years of dental experience and has been practicing in the great state of Tennessee for the last 7. He is a second generation dentist and has learned a lot from his father, who is a dentist with the Veteran's Health Administration in North Carolina. Dr. Fleenor's main goal is to produce quality work every day and to create the best possible outcomes for all of his patients. This desire for quality at every step of the process is part of why he started his own practice.

Although he gained a lot of experience from working in large and corporate dental practices, it was always Dr. Fleenor's dream to open his own, independent dental office in a tightly knit community. He believes that everyone should have access to top notch dental services, and that the personal relationships he builds with patients are as important as the care they receive.

When not engaged in dentistry or running his practice, Dr. Fleenor enjoys visiting family and hosting them at his home. He is also a skilled woodcarver, having taken part in numerous workshops throughout the southeast, and would like to extend this passion to woodworking soon. He is a practicing Christian who likes deep-water fishing, reading, and constantly learning more about the world around him.

Amber has 12 years of experience in dental practices, ranging from back to front office. She loves helping the patients with any dental concerns to help ease their experience at the dentist. A Middle Tennessee native, she currently resides in Clarksville. In her free time she enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her dog Layla. She also enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, baking and crafting.

Rafael has 7 years of experience as a dental assistant, having graduated from an accelerated program in 2014. He is committed to patient care and strives to create a harmonious and pleasant experience for all patients. He lives with his wife in Chapmansboro, and in his free time he enjoys photography, spending time with his two golden retrievers, and walking the Cumberland River Bicentennial Trail in Ashland City.

Carson is a 2018 graduate of TSU where she obtained her degree in dental hygiene. She was born and raised in Ashland City and currently resides here with her husband and son. She has a passion for dentistry and enjoys educating her patients on different ways to maintain their oral health. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family at their farm.
