Dr. Stevens graduated from the University of Oregon Dental School, now Oregon Health Sciences University, in Portland, Oregon. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Washington State University. Dr. Stevens and his wife, Rosalie, returned to their hometown of Sunnyside, Washington, to raise their family, following his service in the US Army Dental Corp during the Viet Nam War. He has continued his professional education with significant post-graduate study of cosmetic dentistry withLas Vegas Institute (LVI), of which he is an alumni; TMJ (Temporomandibular Joint) therapy and diagnosis study withBio Research Associatesof Milwaukee WI; and Comprehensive Dental Care planning for individuals and families.
I had a bad case of coldsores that covered my inside lips and after 2 lasertreatmentsthey are gone and I have no pain when nothing else would help! I have no pain now, and I did 2 weeks ago Very bad! What a miracle something for all to know.
I want to thank Dr. Stevens and Mrs. Stevens for all their help and concern over my health. I have been doing so well since they gave me their doctors (in their network) telephone number and also Dr. Stevens personally talking to Dr. Wilkinson to take me as a patient. Without their help I wouldnt have a healthy life. With all Dr. Stevens help its like they gave me back my life. If it wasnt for Dr. Stevens and Mrs. Stevens and Dr. Wilkinson I wouldnt have done it myself. Thank you Dr. Stevens and Mrs. Stevens for giving back my life.
Dr. Stevens laser treatments have tremendously helped with my fever blister / cold sore outbreaks. They usually resolve in about 2-3 days after the laser treatment. It is the best remedy I have found for treat my outbreaks of fever blisters / cold sores, much more effective than any over-the-counter products I have used.

I've been working with Dr. Stevens now for years and I really like his "whole body health" approach to dentistry, it is truly cutting edge. Also, Jim and Rosalie are great people and really put the patient first in everything that they do. When you go to their office its more like a visit to their home.

Very poor work dentist. I advise any patients to stay away from this dentist. I walked in with 2 beautiful front teeth and left with one damaged from him changing color from white to yellow (have no idea why) and the other a beautiful porcelain crown I had he grinded down and it broke in half. This guy is a joke and if you are smart and want a good dentist don't go there. He also ripped my insurance people off and we are in process of a suit. Beware beautiful smiles..

Dr. Stevens is great, each time I have worked with him, he takes the time to do his work with utmost care and sound dental treatment. He is through and makes sure the patient is his priority so they get the treatment completed to a very high degree. If your wanting a great dental home, Dr. Stevens dental practice is a fantastic place. The people living in and near Sunnyside, WA need to be aware that they have a very good dentist in their midst. They need to go see him for their overall dental health.
