Dr Ross cares about his patients. I have never felt more comfortable going to the Dentist. I had 2 fillings replaced didnt need a shot, there was no pain no soreness. From the moment Dr. Ross heard of my fear of dentist visits (because of an extremely scary experience from another dentist that left me with facial paralysis for 6+ months) He, along with his staff, made me feel less anxious, comfortable and talked me through every step of my treatment. His experience, compassion and state of art equipment created an environment that allowed me to feel safe and confident that I was in a good hands. The office was recently upgraded with an air filtration system that constantly runs to purify the air for his patients as well as his staff; another example of him wanting to provide the best quality environment for anyone entering his office. I highly recommend Dr. Ross for all of your dental needs.

It was such a rare and wonderful experience to go to a new Dentist and feel so relaxed and welcome from the moment I walked in the door. Dr. Ross actually cares about people and his patients and he listens. I left feeling respected, confident in my choice and so relaxed. All the service I received including my hygienist were so excellent and I felt very cared for. My previous Dentist office without mentioning any names felt more like I was a number that dare not ask any questions and well I could go on but I wont because I am so pleased with this office and Dr. Ross. Everyone is kind and respectful and the service is what you would hope for but likely never really received any where else. I cannot say enough good things, I only wish I new to come here sooner!

Dr. Ross has been my dentist for many years and I am extremely happy with the care he takes with my teeth. He is very careful to make sure that I am comfortable and not experiencing any pain when he is performing my dental work. I also want to share a situation that I experienced several years ago. I was heading out on a business trip on Monday morning and started experiencing discomfort over the weekend. Dr. Ross arranged for a visit with a reputable dentist in the town I was heading to for business to take care of my issue. Another time, I had a broken leg and his office manager, Kim, drove me home from my appointment. They went above and beyond! Would highly recommend Dr. Ross!

I highly recommend Dr. Ross and his staff in treating sleep apnea. I am now sleeping better than I ever imagined possible. They were upfront on the cost of treatment and what would or would not be covered by insurance. Everything went exactly as they said. Thank you Dr. Ross!!!

Let me start by saying I have been in and out dentist my whole life struggling. I sought out Dr. Ross due to his outstanding reviews. I spent hours searching for the right dentist. I finally wanted someone that was going to really change my life this time. I explained my situation to Dr. Ross during my original consultation, I even brought my hubby with me to be sure he was the one. I explained to him that I was tired of going in to the dentist just for them to put a Bandaid on the situation and never achieving the results I was looking for. Dr. Ross boasted about his medial career and the elbows he rubbed along the way. He seemed really confident in his ability to come up with a plan, he even stated that he would stay up all night if he had to. We wrapped up the meeting and twice on our way out we were reminded that if we leave a good review we would get a a discount of some sort, so we did. We scheduled my next appointment and my hubby was so convinced, he also scheduled a routine appointment. The next few appointments, we only seen Dr. Ross in passing and he never mentioned anything about his plan. They cleaned my teeth, did a cancer screening, filled a cavity or two and still, I'm not sure what the plan is or how long the process was going to take. He was slow rolling me just like the rest of the dentists. I initially expressed very clearly what I wanted.. new teeth. I have been living in misery my entire life with my teeth, they have been the cause of my insecurities, anxiety, pain, etc. So, in the end, even if you pay out of pocket for the best dental insurance on the market, seek out the top rated dentist, you are still just numbers to them. It wasn't long after that I received a bill for $1,400. $1,400 for nothing I asked for. Not to mention, my insurance should definitely be paying the majority of that (If anyone is wondering, I have Cigna Dental). I am extremely disappointed in my experience, which is very unfortunate because I had such high hopes in the beginning. I wish the practice the best of luck, I wish things would have been different.

Dr. Ross has been extremely helpful with everything and anything I've needed. He's helping me update my smile without giving me any pressure to spend tons of money. Every time I have needed him day and/or night for a dental emergency, he answers immediately and we schedule a time to meet at his office. He is the only dental provider our family will go to.
