BESTEST dentist EVER! Do to some traumatic childhood experiences going to the dentist can be an emotionally stressful situation for me. However Dr. Finkel changed all that. He acknowledged my fears and addressed them positively in order to provide me with a stress-free and productive appointment. He did that at each appointment. He fully explained everything he needed to do to keep my teeth healthy, always took the time to answer any questions I had and always told me the expense of these procedures upfront so I could make an informed decision. Anytime I had any trouble with previous procedures (which was rare) he brought me back into the office as soon as possible and corrected the problem with no extra fees. (Example: he had just fixed a cracked and chipped tooth earlier that week and somehow that Friday afternoon I ended up cracking it again and an even a larger piece chipped off. Not only was the office closed it was a holiday weekend and I had to go out of town early the next day and would have to stay out of town for a couple of weeks. I called the emergency line and after explaining everything he told me to come into the office Saturday morning and he would see what happened and what he could do to temporarily fix it until I came back into town and saw him again. I went and thankfully it was a situation where he could fix it completely so I didn't have to return for that particular issue. He's attitude was positive, upbeat and didn't seemed to mind at all that I was intruding on his personal family time during a holiday. In fact Dr. Finkel didn't even charge me for the emergency visit nor for the procedure he did.) I could go on and on about the wonderful things Dr. Finkel and his staff has done for my family and myself. I suffered from so many dental issues due to my medical issues and he always worked with me to find the best option for my teeth and he worked with me financially to pay for everything. I trusted them so much that when my daughter was born Dr. Finkel immediately became her dentist. At 8 months she would go into the dentist office with me so that she could become familiar with his office, himself, the staff and the sounds associated with dental care so that when the time came for her first dental exam it was a fun and positive experience with no stress. I may have asked if I could do this with my daughter do to my bad experiences but he was the one to encourage it each time and to set all her visits to be stress free and fun. Dr. Finkel ended up becoming the dentist for my immediate family as well as for my extended family. We have been blessed to have found him and to have had him for all our dentist needs. I highly recommend him to each and everyone I know or those I know who are looking.

Horrible dentist. Repaired small chip in front tooth that failed in a year and now have to get pulled. Nice guy but his work is subpar. Everything he did failed in less than a year and refused to remedy.
