I am so impressed with Dr Jake. His operation is professional and efficient, staff are friendly and helpful, and his manner is comforting and informative.

Dr. Hashagen was referred to me by my dentist last fall after X-rays revealed I needed his expertise for a root canal and other complicated procedures that I needed before I can get a replacement crown . Well first of all I was greeted by Front desk staff who were very kind, compassionate and sympathetic . I really appreciated that as I was scared of the procedure . Upon meeting Dr. Hashagen I felt like I was in very good hands of a confident and competent Endodontist. My procedure was done accurately and correctly .I recommend Dr. Hashagen and I will keep him as my Endodontics doctor.

Dr. Hashagen is an awesome Endodontist, he did an amazing job on my root canal and I didn't feel a thing, not even during the initial numbing shots! He was done before I knew it! He is very genuine and personable. He explained in very detail making sure I understood exactly what and why he was doing. I highly recommend going to Dr. Hashagen if you ever need an Endodontist!

Dr. Hashagen is an awesome Endodontist, he did an amazing job on my root canal and I didn't feel a thing, not even during the initial numbing shots! He was done before I knew it! After years of not having had any major dental work, I was told I needed TWO root canals. My apprehension was assuaged when I met Dr. Jacob Hashagen after researching several endodontists, reading reviews and checking with local dentists. The office is new, and the equipment is state-of-the-art. Dr. Jake and his AMAZING team at High Street Endodontics were excellent from start to finish. Stephanie greeted me with warmth and caring and was extremely thorough in explaining the process and costs. Dr. Jake was kind, professional and incredibly competent. He described what would happen during and after the procedure. Victoria, who assisted Dr. Jake, was absolutely wonderful and competent. She checked in with me often to ensure I was comfortable. Dr. Jake and Victoria worked effortlessly and respectfully...I felt as if I were watching a well-rehearsed ballet. Hana, who had been my hygienist at a previous practice, called me after both procedures to ensure I was doing well. Everyone I encountered exemplified excellent customer service skills and clearly placed my comfort front and center. I had only a bit of discomfort after the two procedures...no pain...and the discomfort disappeared after two days. If you're facing a root canal, I highly recommend Dr. Jake and his remarkable staff.

Quite impressive in many ways. The consultation was very well done, with a thorough education of my situation and a full discussion of the options available to me. I decided to go forward with the root canal and crown rather than the much cheaper extraction. Dr Jake is an easily likable person, is patient with questions, clearly skilled, and always attentive to the fact that he was working on a human being with feelings. It was obvious that he doesn't pack his patients so close together that he has to hurry through, and I liked the fact that I never felt like a Ford getting its spark plugs changed.

I was very anxious before my procedure. All for not. Dr. Jake was amazing. What I thought was going to be painful was pain free, except for the shots of course which I expected. It was over before I was even aware of it. The staff was fantastic and I even found his office extremely relaxing. He and his staff even followed up to make sure I was doing well. If you want good dental work from someone who cares and you can trust, I could not recommend anyone more highly than Dr. Jake and his team.
