Dr. Jacob Tazik was born and raised in Wyomissing, PA. He first moved to the Lehigh Valley to attend Moravian College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in biology with honors in 2011. Shortly after, Dr. Tazik moved to the west coast to attend dental school at the University of Southern California and graduated in 2016. Dr. Tazik has since moved back to the Valley to be closer to friends and family. In addition to dentistry, Dr. Tazik is an avid runner, traveler and motorsports enthusiast. He is very passionate about providing the highest quality of dental care for his patients.

Jennifer Office ManagerIve been working with Dr. Chaudhry over 13 years, beginning as his chairside dental assistant, then transitioning to the office manager role. I love being part of this great team giving our patients smiles they are proud to show to the world. I live in Northampton with my husband, daughter and granddaughter. In my spare time, I love to bake and craft anything and everything I can get my hands on!

Sharon Dental HygienistI graduated from Northampton Area Community College and have been in the dental field for over 25 years. Ive been part of the team at Emrick Dental for over two years. I love educating my patients and helping them improve their oral health. My husband and I live in the Lehigh Valley and have two daughters and five grandchildren whom I love to spend every chance I get with! When Im not working, I love to travel.

Abbie Dental AssistantI grew up in Palmerton Pennsylvania. I completed the dental assisting program at Lehigh Valley School of Dental Assisting in Whitehall, graduating in December of 2016. Ive been working chairside with both Dr. Chaudhry and Dr. Tazik since November of 2018 and look forward to a long future at Emrick Dental. When Im not at the office I enjoy spending time with my daughter, Kendal.

Diane Dental AssistantI graduated from the Lehigh Valley Dental Institute. I have been a dental assistant for 20 years and started working at Emrick Dental two years ago. I have always lived in the Lehigh Valley, and when I am not working, I enjoy outdoor activities and cooking. I look forward to working with a great team at Emrick Dental making beautiful smiles!
