I had an appointment for my son to remove wisdom teeth. We were 20 minutes early to our appointment. 5 minutes after our appointment I was called in to sign paperwork. I asked when my son will be seen. I was told that my appointment was at 0830. I informed the employee that it was at 0815. She said that it was to give time for paperwork. I told her that I wasn't going to stay past 0830. She told me that the doctor wasn't even in yet!! 0832, dr. Jackson p. Morgan, III was still no show. Consultation day my son and I waited for 30 mns to be seen. I took the day off today for this appointment. My husband did not go to PT to stay home with our little children and this guy just wasted our time, gas, and money. Now if patients are late they get canceled on and charged fees. I was assured that I'd be seen on time on surgery day. Did not happen. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend jackson p. Morgan III

Excellent doc and great staff. Had to wait in the waiting room and my treatment but It was worth it. Quick exam and they were able to schedule me in 2 days to have my needed procedure. Only one night of pain after procedure.

Horrible experience today. Waited for 2 hours in the waiting room only to be called to the back to wait again. I was told time to wait was unknown. Was totally unacceptable. Was told at 4:00 it would be 30 minutes before my so. Would by seen. I opted to wait since we were already there. Well needless to say at 4:55 we were called to go to the back. I asked the girl how much longer would the doctor be, she said she didn't know how long it would be. She then brought the office manager in to speak with me. I again told her that the wait time was unacceptable and I didn't want to wait any longer. On my way out she said there would be NO CHARGE for today. I was so tempted to ask what was I going to be charged for, waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours. Needless to say I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

I understand people when people drop the ball but to tell a patient they should have been the one to follow up and make it out to be their fault is a little inexcusable. Then when having received a statement for a small balance for the first time and calling the same day it was received to inquire to be told you will be sent to collections is a joke. I hope people realize you have to be polite to their customers, unfortunately I was not given this courtesy. I've heard Dr Jackson does good work, too bad I will never know because of his staff.

I love Dr. Jackson!!!!! He was the best along with his staff.... My little girl was scared, but they all made us feel so at home and they were understanding to our fears. I would highly recommend him.
