Went in to get a crown delivered and as I was waiting in the room all I can hear is him yelling at one of his assistants about how she broke something even threatened her, just extremely unprofessional and disrespectful The way he treats patients is entirely different then how he treats his employees. I'm surprised his assistant didn't leave right then and there with the way he was speaking to her.

He botched my fiance's dental procedure and then was rude about it when we confronted him got very loud and vile and started swearing at us telling us to get out. We're at another dentist now who has told us this is one of the worst botched cases they have ever seen. This hack not only botched the procedure but he over drilled and damaged her gums as well. Currently pursuing legal action at the moment. Anyone reading this please don't ever use this man as a dentist or ever send any loved one or friend to him either. He is an absolutely horrible person and treats patients and staff alike like they're less than nothing.

Dr. Johns is a very kind, knowledgeable and flexible dentist whom made me comfortable and helped me tremedously with the right choice for me. His office and staff are very diverse and even has a lab on site to create crowns and much more. Its in a small shopping center and pretty nice atmosphere. Its a no-frills office that simply wants to help you with best solution.

Both of my teen sons love this dentist! Dr. Johns is always pleasant and thorough. I have no hesitation bringing my boys here. The staff is incredibly warm, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend. Mom of 5.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, kind and very professional. They did a great job on cleaning my teeth. She took her time and cared about what she was doing. Dr. Johns was very knowledgeable and explained what was going on. I absolutely will be returning.

Had a horrible toothache one weekend and because my regular dentist isn't open on the weekends, I searched for an office near me that had weekend hours. My search resulted in my visiting Dr. Johns office. I trusted his professional opinion to save my tooth which ended with me needing root canals on several teeth. I got all the work done after I qualified for Care Credit. Turns out, next to EVERY crown, there was ended up being decay to the other teeth because apparently, Dr. Johns hit at least one tooth on either side of the crowns. Within a 2 year period (while seeing my dentist regularly), two of the crowns have been extracted and all the others fixed. Please, if you can manage the pain and see your regular dentist, DO SO! I do not recommend seeing this dentist!

I love this place, my whole family visits this office, the Dr is AMAZING!. They have urgent care, overnight, the first time they helped us it was 9pm and they had no issue with it. They will work with your budget and help with financing if necessary!Thank you

My 11 year old daughter broke one of her adult front teeth. Not only were they able to get her an appointment, but everyone from the office staff to the dental assistants and Dr. Johns were very gentle, kind and supportive of my scared child.

Apart from being the most knowledgeable and having the most credentials in his field he is the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever met. He listens and he thinks outside the box to provide you the absolute best treatment and solution available for your situation. I could not recommend him more highly!

Dr.Jackie Johns just saved my life today. So I had long had my wisdom teeth come through broth seemingly no issue my teeth were straight and visually they weren't lacking in any area. Never an issue so of course like the irresponsible man I am figured no problems was no problem and that was true for 10+ years. As of a week or so ago my wisdom tooth had begun to put me through intense pain. So much so I called 15+ dentists to help me I have no dental insurance which is a large barrier when looking for a dentist to help you especially in Palm Beach Count especially when talking about a wisdom tooth especially when you haven't seen a dentist in a decade especially when you're in pain and bent over a barrel. Dr.Jackie Johns knew I would have let him hold my kidney and what was left of my broken soul just to help my pain and instead of capitalizing and taking advantage he was so fair and honest with me. I tried to play tough and said I could wait until after Thanksgiving to see him because I'm hard as nails. 30 minutes later I called back whimpering asking if he could please see me today. The day before Thanksgiving last minute without insurance and gor me right in. He first assured me I was going home a happy guy ready to eat dinner with my family and he delivered on his word. Dr.Jackie Johns stayed late the day before a holiday to help me get out of pain with an emergency extraction that was literally painless up time and uncomfortable at worst for the bottom Dr.Jackie also again knowing full well he had me by the short and curlys was incredibly fair with me in pricing and financing me for this procedure. Him and his staff have my sincerest gratitude. I can't thank these guys enough for how much they helped me and I can't wait for my next appointment when we start the small fixes and upkeep of my smile. These guys are the best 10/10 Two Thumbs Up hands down the best. Worth the drive from Pompano to Lake Worth to see this man. Thank you so much guys you're the absolute best in the business.

Found dentist after a large molar filling fell out. I'd complained to my dental office several times but to no avail. Dr Johns office was able to see me on a Saturday with no appointment and fit me for a temporary crown and take impressions for a permanent crown. Dr Johns also sent me with an oral rinse afterwards to help with healing and the crown was ready in less than a week! My original dental office quoted me a turn around time of 3 weeks! I'm satisfied that I can finally eat on both sides of my mouth without the wort of food getting stuck in a hole. Thank you Dr. Johns

My daughter was in a lot of pain on Christmas day. Her dentist was not accessible and Dr. Johns came through for us. Not only, did he see her on Christmas Day but was so kind. He explained the procedure that was needed and gave us options. IT was explained, in such a way, that we had no questions. She went in crying, from the pain, and left with a smile on her face. Today she is raving about him, she cannot believe there is no pain, and how gentle he was. She was so afraid, that because of the infection, she would feel the shot but she didn't! We are switching dentists and will be going to Dr. Johns from now on. Thank-you Dr. Johns for your willingness to see us, your professionalism, and care.

I chipped my tooth and went to him to have a temporary tooth$(250.00) put on till I was able to have it fixed by my normal dentist however the temporary tooth came out 15 minutes after my appointment so I went back in and he yelled at me and said it was my fault, then proceeded to apologized to me for being rude and yelling. That was at 9:00 am I didn't eat anything all day scared my temporary was going to come out. 5:00pm rolls around and I'm starving so I eat some soft mushy fries on the opposite side of the temporary Tooth. My daughter called and asked him how long is the temporary should last and he screamed and insulted her and insinuated that he was sorry that I couldn't comprehend how to eat. And that's what happens when you're cheap and that we should be thankful for him coming in on a Sunday. He is a complete disgrace to the whole dentistry field and it's a shame someone like him is still in business treating people the way he did.

I called Dr.Johns on a Sunday and he was willing to help me right then. I let him know Monday would be good for me. It was so great to know he is willing to go in any day to help some one. Monday the staff was so pleasant and kind. Especially Kenderia, ( hope I didn't misspell her name) making sure I was completely comfortable. She knew I was nervous and gave me tips on how to relax and make sure my visit was smooth. The doctor also was concerned with having me wait to long but he didn't take long at all. It was a nice visit. Thanks to everyone at the West Palm Beach Office.
