Went in today for a root canal and had a great experience! I could not have asked for a smoother or better procedure. I felt absolutely no pain and both Dr Hoffer and his assistant Monica were very nice, professional and made me feel very comfortable. I recommend this place to any and everyone who needs to get dental work/root canals done. This is the place to go. Cannot emphasize enough how quick and painless the root canal went!

This guy deserves the worst rating. Unfortunately 1 star is the minimum I can give. Other than his rough bedside manner and the obnoxious office staff, He missed one of my roots ( I went to another orthodontist and found out there are 3 roots on that tooth and he only did 2) during root canals. As a result of that, I had infections after the crown. I went back to him and was told I need a implant. He refused to do further research. Even after my other orthodontist sent him the 3 D X-ray and tried to explain to him what he did wrong. He totally ignored.

He is the worst and horrible. After his rough hand root canal, the gum became necrotic. I lost the gum and painful for a long time. He used his ridiculous reasoning to cover his fault. He is very unconsciousness to others. He only cares about his money, his front loaded money before he provides any services.

I was referred to Dr. Hoffer for an emergency root canal. He got me in the same day, the anesthesia was painless (seriously) and the root canal absolutely killed any pain I had. Highly recommend.

I was in the office today 3/18/21 for a root canal........EXCELLENT is an understatement!!! Tracy was beyond helpful getting me an appointment that fit my needs. Monica made me feel so comfortable and explained the process before during and after. Dr.Jack Hoffer has magical hands. I felt absolutely nothing from the moment he began till the end. I wish I had come across this practice years ago, it would have saved me so much pain and suffering. The numbing is gone and I feel NOTHING!!!! Thank you so so so much and please stay safe!

I highly recommend Dr. Jack Hoffer. He has an amazing and wonderful staff. Tracy who scheduled my appointment took the time to answer any questions I may have had, and made it so easy to schedule an appointment. Also, Monica who works with Dr. Hoffer made me feel at ease while she and the doctor both worked on my root canal. Couldn't be anymore happier with my visit

Amazing experience. Super friendly staff. Before i scheduled the appointment, staff quickly called insurance company and told me my co pay which was inline of what i was expecting. Dr. Hoffer is just amazing. Gave me emergency appointment as i had to go for my vacation. Dr Hoffer explained me what he is going to do with pictures. Lady who was helping Dr. Hoffer during procedure made every effort to make me comfortable. Highly recommended.

Dr. Hoffer is amazing. From the moment you walk in the office you are greeted by the kindest office manager. His assistant is just as kind. You guys are by far a step above the rest.

Amazing experience. Super friendly staff. Before i scheduled the appointment, staff quickly called insurance company and told me my co pay which was inline of what i was expecting. Dr. Hoffer is just amazing. Gave me emergency appointment as i had to go for my vacation. Dr Hoffer explained me what he is going to do with pictures. Lady who was helping Dr. Hoffer during procedure made every effort to make me comfortable. Highly recommended.

They only think about ripping you out of your money. Being told a price over the phone for root canal treatment and crown. Then the appointment day, after charging me $100 for 30 s x-ray picture while I brought and shared the one x-ray I had from another dentist who recommended me to them, they coldly told me that the operation will be $200 more of what they said over the phone for only one operation (root canal treatment) AFTER I ASKED OUT OF LUCK. Then I will have to pay for the other crown placement operation. I would not recommend that place to anybody !!! So shame it does not allow 0 star
