I went in thinking I needed teeth pulled, but Dr. Keith told me I just needed fillings. The shots to numb me hurt really bad and I had a panic attack. The assistant gave me water and held my hand. They gave me laughing gas to calm down and gave me space and just talked to me and made me laugh. After a few minutes I was good to go. Super super friendly and I just loved my experience.

Dr. Connell has been my Dentist for over 20 years he has been wonderful, Kim Smallwood his Receptionist has been so nice, I Highly Recommend.

Best dentist around!! Always helpful if need to get in quickly, friendly staff and Dr. Connell is very informative with all dentistry questions or concerns. He's the best!!

In and out in about a hour. Very Nice staff and Dr. Connell was very concerned about my comfort during the procedure. I will definitely be back and recommend him to anyone that needs extraction, cleaning, whitening whatever your needs are he will be more than happy to help.

Great experience with Dr. Connell and his team. Easy to work with, paperwork was simple and my cleaning left me happy and clean. I'm actually looking forward my next cleaning and yes I know how odd that sounds. LoL

I've been a patient of Dr. Connell's since 2005. I absolutely love the staff, they feel like family! Dr. Connell has always been amazing with me and my children. I highly recommend his office for all of your dental needs.

Been going to Dr Connell's office for several years. Entire office staff are very pleasant to deal with. Dr Keith has been my wife and my dentist for a long time and now his son has joined the family practice and is just as nice as his dad.

I've known this man for several years, met when I needed a dentist on a Friday, and he was there by himself. Told me to come right over and he took care of me all by himself. Turns out I needed him again on a holiday, got in touch with him and again he took care of me on an emergency type basis. He is now my family dentist, a better dentist or man cannot be found. The staff is great always with a smile, I highly recommend this office for anything he does, he is deserving of great reviews.

The best dentist(s) I've been to since we moved to Muscle Shoals 16 years ago. Dr. Keith (and new to the practice, Dr. Nolan), are easygoing and their staff is the same. They are professional and acommodating, the office is clean and there are no extensive wait times with an appointment.. I highly recommend Connell Dentistry. 5 Stars for sure! ..

I will go on record saying that it's very rare that any business let alone a dentist has five out of five stars. I was skeptical at first because I've not seen any business with that high of a rating consecutively over a long period of time. I went to Connell Dentistry shortly after giving birth to my son because some of my teeth had become broken off to the root. I didn't have insurance and the price that they gave me was absolutely amazing and very affordable especially with me being a single mother of three children. There are so many things that have permanently drawn me towards Dr. Connell and his staff. They're genuinely friendly. Not the, over the top, fake receptionist, "all we care about isvthe money," friendly either. I mean the "customer is more like family" friendly. It's hard to pick a few things that I love about Dr. Connell and his staff but, if I had to pick one thing that keeps me coming back, besides the exceptional customer service and warmth, it'd be that an actual human calls to remind you about upcoming appointments not a prerecorded robot or a fancy app that sends out reminders. Being personable is a rarity amongst businesses nowadays that's why I'm glad that it comes natural to not only Dr. Connell but to his amazing staff as well. I never thought I'd enjoy going to the dentist but here I am writing reviews about an amazing experience I've had and will continue to have seeing as though I'm making Dr. Connell my primary dentist. I hope this review coaxes you into making him and his staff a permanent fixture in your life. If possible I'd surely give more than 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Connell and Staff!! You all are amazing.

The dentist I had been seeing retired. A crown popped off my tooth and Dr Connell worked me in the next morning first thing. Thanks to the immediate help in friendly, professional atmosphere and pain free reattachment of the crown, Dr. Connell will be taking care of my teeth from now on.

When I moved to Muscle Shoals I was looking for a dentist that was affordable an caring. I then found Dr. Connell. He's treated me like a legitimate angel an constantly telling me I'm doing amazing. An he's staff is by far some of the nicest people I've met. I've really gotten close with all of them! I highly recommend him an he will always be my Dentist. Again thank you guys for everything y'all do! Y'all are all truly amazing in your own ways!

I have been using Dr.Connell for 25 plus years off and on and have enjoyed having used him. I had to see him today for something simple that resulted from a new partial he had made. A crown that he had made from a bridge so his design for the new partial would work. I was assuming that since his work didn't hold up that he would stand behind his work and glue it back with no charge. Instead I am asked to pay 77.00 for gluing it back on. So I asked to see Keith and he said I wasn't charged to have it glued in to start with. Although I just paid $1060.00 for the work he just did and that partial created the pressure that pushed it off. During our discussion he kept getting louder and irritated towards me. This dentist told me " DO YOU THINK I'M MARRIED TO YOUR TEETH, DO I TAKE CARE OF THEM FOR LIFE". No I expect to have what you repaired about a month ago to hold up. We mutually parted that I will never be back nor will my family. This was once a good honest caring dentist but it appears a little success and money has ruined him. I felt terrible when I left there today, it was like loosing a friend. I guess I saw the real person today and not the projected image. Also I was highly recommend a in-house denture dentist because this partial is a crooked mess. I can post pics if you would like to see and do not let my experience dictate who you choose to see. 25 plus years he fooled me !!!!

I love going to see everyone at Dr. Connell's dentist office. The staff is second to none. They do a fantastic job and make you feel at ease. My whole family goes here. They are simply amazing.
