Office manager Lulu is very rude, and disrespectful. I do not recommend this office because of her!! She interrupts and talks over you and refuses to answer questions. Very unprofessional.

There aren't enough stars to give Dr. Mason and his team. This post is long, but please read it all. Dr. Mason is THE BEST dentist in Maryland. Period!!! I use to be very insecure about my smile. My teeth were so bad that I would put one hand over my mouth when talking and would only "close mouth smile" to show my happiness & joy. Not anymore. Dr. Mason gave me a totally new smile. I can't stopping smiling now. I want the world to see all this beautifulness. It was a very long process (one year), but it was worth it all. Dr. Mason works wonders. When doing extensive dental work he eases anxiety and does it as painless as possible. When he does tooth extractions you don't even know it's done. Also, he is the only Dentist I know that calls his patients personally at home to follow up with you after a procedure to make sure you are okay. That's true patient care, I was literally blown away by it. Now the staff, are top notch professional. I love them. They treat you like family. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The practice is clean, cozy and has charm. Please take advantage of that dental insurance you pay for monthly/yearly. You not going to the dentist is not only throwing money out the window, it causes many problems (including stinky breath) in the end. Dental Health is tied to many health problems, and diseases. Preventive Dental Care can help you with them all including insecurity and boosting self confidence. If you need a dentist look no further, Dr. Mason's practice is the place to go.

The office and staff were very organized, swift and worked efficiently. And as a new patient, they were very accommodating and very helpful. I'm very happy to be a patient here.

Looking for well maintained organized and friendly dentist, look no further! Dr. Irving Mason and the entire Dental Smiles staff are knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Dental Smiles if you are seeking a provider that believes in QUALITY over QUANTITY.

Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience I've ever had. When I first visited this office for my daughter, I felt as though I was cared for and treated like family. This is "hands down" the best place to go to take care of your teeth. During one appointment, I recall falling asleep while getting a root canal. My teeth have been in perfect condition since visiting here "36 years" ago. Dr. Mason is a true definition of a "gentle dentist." A dentist with integrity. He is honest and straight forward. The staff is awesome; very personable and helpful. The professionalism and friendliness of the entire team is outstanding. Not to mention, the office is immaculate and does not smell like a medical facility. Every visit is like visiting friends. I couldn't be happier with my choice and the results that I receive. I highly recommend Dr. Mason as your dentist choice!

I highly recommend going to Dr. Mason's office to for dental care. Everyone that work here is beyond kind and treats you with warming welcoming smiles. They also treats you like family. Why not pick Dr. Mason's office. I don't regret it one bit.

I agree with all of these other 5.0 reviews! Dr. Mason and all of his staff are incredibly professional, non-judgmental, caring, and give you a sense that they genuinely care about your oral health. I feel very well taken care of, and I know the plan going forward and why it is important. Thank you team!

First off, the entire staff is incredible. I've never had a tooth pulled by a dentist instead of an oral surgeon before so I was super nervous. The staff was there for me and reassured me. Dr Mason is very knowledgeable and I trust him so much. Second, and maybe a super important point, I don't have dental insurance and pay cash/card for my visits and it was shockingly difficult to find a dentist that would accept personal payment methods that weren't through insurance. I'm so grateful for such a good Dentist that takes those payments!

I recently just moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist, I am glad I chose Dr Mason. The staff are wonderful, it's a nice and clean facility. Dr Mason did a wonderful job on my cleaning. I would definitely recommend his dental services to others.

Very clean dentist office and pleasant staff. Switched insurance awhile back but I'm back and glad to be back. Dr Mason really takes care of your teeth.

I'm so glad my mom recommended me to Dr. Mason's Office. I love the whole staff. They are very sweet, welcoming, efficient and makes me feel like family!! Although i'm their favorite lol I know you will enjoy being a patient at Dr. Mason's office as well.

Dr. Irvin is the best dentist in town. He and his staff run a clean and efficient practice who treat you like family. He doesn't cut corners, today he filled in my difficult to reach wisdom tooth; most dentist would have opted at pulling out the tooth.
