Waited a good bit of time to write this review to determine what information is most pertinent to a potential new client/patient. In terms of the treatment, I won't get too into depth other than I went weekly for adjustments for 3 straight months without any improvement in pain or comfort. But everyone is different. What I really want to call attention to is the professionalism of Irina Deresh and her associates and overall customer experience. As mentioned I was a patient for over 3 months. during this time I was left in the waiting room for an hour due to double booking, 35 minutes another time, left waiting outside as the Dr. was 15 minutes late to show up to an appointment and worst of all a situation where they never showed up to a scheduled appointment and didn't communicate that they had "taken the day off". I was left waiting outside after driving an hour with no answer from the phone or email line. There really isn't any semblance of professionalism here the doctor or the receptionist. At times you question if this is actually a real medical practice. Tmj is a tough disease as there's no 1 prescribed treatment that will 100% cure it. Because of this patients like me that are in chronic pain will do just about anything. But don't come here , it's not with your money, time or health..

While very kind, Dr. Deresh did not wear any gloves or mask while performing my cleaning. I had to request her to put on her mask and get reaction was, "oh, I've been vaccinated." I've never been to a dentist who does not wear a mask, pre or post covid. The cleaning was extremely quick and rough.

Very knowledgeable doctor with many years of dental experience and most importantly to me, her knowledge of the TMJ Disorder treatment. With her own discovered approach to treat this disorder, from my own experience I can confidently say that it works. I can't thank her enough and I don't know where I would be now if it wasn't for her. Thank you Dr. Deresh.

Excellent doctor!!!Very thorough and caring. I'm terribly afraid of the dentist and she's very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Love her! No pain or problems with my extractions and she goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure you understand what you should do with your teeth and mouth so you do not have future health risks. I found her to be very professional and truly caring about your oral health.

I was very excited to see Irina Deresh for a TMJ consult but was disappointed in the appointment. I gave her my history and I told her I go to a physical therapist who works on my neck and on my jaw. She told me that if I continue treatment with her, my physical therapist would have to stop working on my jaw. I told her that the work on my jaw really helps me, and her response was "It may help but it will just come back. If you want to continue to be in pain your entire life then keep going." Moreover her treatment plan includes going to a chiropractor and acupuncturist. It really bothers me that she asked me to give up physical therapy on my jaw ( which is based in actual medical science) and go to treatments that have no basis in medicine. I told her that I needed to go home and talk to my husband before I proceeded forward with the treatment. At this point she seemed very angry that I didn't want to proceed forward right away. The treatment plan would have costed me $3000 total so I think it is totally fair that I needed time to think about. Besides the fact that I don't agree with her methods, I have no idea why she would be so angry that I didn't want to move forward right away. I paid for the appointment so it's not like I wasted her time. I worked for a medical office and when patients told us that they needed time to think about a treatment, we gave them our business card and told them to call us back when they were ready to move forward. Her anger was extremely unprofessional.
