This is an awful place if you are in pain or any inconvenience. The dentist will not look at your files correctly and make ASSUMPTIONS on what you think is best. I advise you to stay far far away from this dental office. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

This doctor is not a good person and her staff are even worse. She had me sit in for a consultation to go over pain in a tooth that already had been treated for a root canal. Dr. Epelman went ahead and charged me for a consulatation and CT Scan only to tell me she saw no visible signs of a canal that was untreated or left without treatment. She charged me over $300 for the visit plus fees for the CT Scan only to not diagnose anything and tell me the pain could be from the tooth behind the one that was giving me issues. She is not the right fit for an endodontist and should be sent back into training or some kind of program where they can evaluate and read CT scans better, since my new endodontist clearly saw the fourth canal in the same CT scan. The new endodontist performed the retreatment fine, but it is a shame that Dr. Epelman charged me for a consultation and CT scan only to tell me my pain was coming from the tooth behind tooth #3 Moler, when it obviously was coming from tooth #3. She does not have the skills to read a CT scan and patients are suffering. I could have had a way worse infection lingering for months because she is not skilled and trained enough to read CT scans. Enough is enough.

This is the absolute worst doctor I have ever dealt with ! I got a severe infection after waiting weeks to see her ! The work she said she performed was never done, verified by a real dentist. My credit card was double billed which is a crime ! She is a danger to the community and a fraud , and I will be filling charges with the police about the double billing

I was referred by my Dr to this office and everything seem ok until after 45 minutes of waiting for my appointment the woman at the front desk ( Lorena I think it is) tells me that they're not able to see me because the internet is down and they don't have my insurance information, which that woman has asked for and since I made the appt a week in advance, I told her I DON'T HAVE A CARD AND I DON'T NEED ONE because With my SS all offices should be able to find my information, so she wanted me to pay the fee they charged w/o insurance anyway I wasn't going to do that because I have insurance. Worst part was this woman was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I work with the medical field and she has no manners I think the Dr should know what kind of employees she has.

Dra Ingrid Epelman Excellent & Professional she is so sweet .The manager Lorena is very nice as well .Good Team i recommend it 100 % you are going to be so Happy

Took over a month to give me results which I still haven't received paid out of pocket over $400 ($137 for the consult, $200 for the CT scan that you have to pay because they said so, $80 for the lab work) this place is a joke and they do not care about their patients because I'm still waiting for my results, regardless I had to go back to my regular dentist and take out the tooth because they're to slow to give u an answer on what to do next, save your time and money ppl don't go here they don't care

I was recommended to Dr Ingrid Dora. I had a horrible pain on one of my tooth couple of days before a family vacation. She went out of her way to take me in right away. She worked an that particular tooth and I was able to enjoy my vacation. She is very passionate , profesional and gentle. I can't thank her enough. I highly recommend Dr Dora. Thank you so much for your efforts Dr.
